Cabin 22. This is an upstairs until, above cabin 21. It’s an older building, so the walls and floors are thin, so could hear everything in the unit below, which was very disruptive to sleep, etc. The stairs are made for ice/snow, so they were difficult for my dog. Other than the noise, it was a quaint place that served the need. However, next time I will stay in a unit that is it’s own building and does not share walls with other units. The staff was great and very welcoming and responsive to questions through text message. Overall good and convenient location, yet removed enough so that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. Also, the best part about this location is that within walking distance, there are amazing trails just up the street, particularly the Pine Knot Trail.

Fantastic for the price! Decently clean, I suggest cleaning yourself especially during a pandemic. Quiet, peaceful, and a very nice space for just a place to sleep and eat! Very close to the lake and decent from the village and very pleasant! Seemed safe and secure so I would recommend!

Wow! I couldnt have asked for anything more! We were able to get cabin 7B for the 4th of July weekend with just a few days of planning! Appears to the cabin had been renovated just the weekend before and we were the first guests to stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect! For us, the most important factor was being able to take BOTH our cat and dog with us. Since we are relatively new to CA we dont have anyone trustworthy to care for our animals. This was HUGE!

Our cabin was equipped with a sweet, little kitchenette. I actually over packed expecting to have little to work with. So cool!

Our location was super peaceful and had a cute picnic table with a outdoor firepit/cooking grill. Considering that it was 4th of July weekend this was so nice!

Overall, this was a great experience! I saw some negative reviews but really can only disagree with them, most of the complaints seem to be that the cabin wasn't a 5 star hotel.well that's because its a cabin! I couldn't have wanted anything more!

The owners we so kind and helpful. They were soooo accommodating and very helpful. Thank you guys so much! We are looking to return in Aug.or Sept. I cant wait!

This place was amazing. The kids enjoyed every moment of it. We stayed in cabin 10. There's two bedrooms with queen beds. There's two full size futons in the living room as well as a sofa. There's no AC so bring a small fan and you'll be more than comfortable. There are plates, bowls, pans, utensils, knives, cups, a toaster, a waffle maker, a coffee machine no filters or coffee included at this time. For safety measures you bring your own bedding it can be paid for for a price prior to your stay I believe ask your host. There's a small fire pit out back where you can sit and enjoy the Stars there's a grill on the patio if you want to BBQ. Kayak rentals on the corner and it's within walking distance to Boulder Bay. Great place for a Family Getaway. This is a no contact check-in and check-out but the staff is more than accommodating and very friendly.

It's an ok spot for the price cause you get your own private spot with a private bathroom. BUT the place needs more attention to the cleanliness. The place looked and felt like it hadn't been swept in a year. So much dust on the floor. It was kind of disgusting. Luckily I traveled with Clorox and a roll of napkins to disinfect around so I used that. I sprayed the napkins and dragged my feet around with the napkins to scoop it up. I recommend you go prepared to do something of that sort. Or we just had a bad cabin.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, Jay was very helpful will definitely recommend and return.

Friendly staff, we got a Groupon, (guess we got what we paid for) we rented cabin 45, super small and filthy. Horrible mattress, blankets and smelled bad. Big Bear Lake was great the village and the adorable city made up worth the weekend trip, but we will never stay here again or recommend this place.

Extremely difficult to find (especially late night) cabins higher than #11 as they are like a mile down from the Cabins4Less sign

We truly enjoyed our three night stay at Cabins4less this past November 2018. From the courteous and kind customer service to the clean and rustic cabins. Best cabin rental place ever. Me and my friends enjoyed staying here. The guy at the main office was cool and the cabins were clean and great. Recommend this place.

Cabin 1 is small but perfect for a couple. The heater works fantasticly, the bed is comfortable, and the oven/stove worked fine.

Very cozy, basic, and clean cabin. Amazing bed and plenty of stuff on the TV. Perfect location, literally 20 steps from the center of the village.

We literally have a Lakeview cabin! Checked in today with very friendly staff. Nice small comfy cozy place. Absolutely perfect. We have already walked to the lake. We are in #51 and love it. So glad I came across this place. Thank you Cabins for less!

Cabins4less is my favorite place to spend a day or weekend. In Big Bear Valley. The have everything, from multiple locations to pick from, to several family & pet friendly things to do for everyone in the family. Kayaks, bicycles, videos/DVDs, are just a few of thier choices.

We got a great rate for a small stand alone cabin. The bed was a bit stiff and the room smelled a little funny but it was a great location and the customer service was good. We will be going back for sure.

Great affordable cabins if you're looking for something on the cheap. If you're looking for upgraded full of amenities these small cabins aren't it.

Great little cabins with all the essentials. Love the old pine look. Nice warm fireplace to end the night. The cabin employees are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend renting these cabins.

Friendly people, rooms need update, there was a huge screw sticking out of the headboard of the bed.

Easy Booking Experience. Cabin was outdated. Jacuzzi looked like you didnt want to lay a finger on it.

Overall I would say it is a nice place to stay at. It is located walking distance from the lake and the check in process is simple. The cabins themselves are pretty cozy. I only ran into an issue with the shower from above leaking around 3am in the morning but the hosts were quick to accommodate us and move us to another unit. The other great thing is The Village is about a 5 minute drive so you have a lot of dining options close by. I would probably stay here again.
