Cabo boulder villas

Cabo Boulder Villas is a very well maintained beautiful apartment complex. I moved in last year and I am very pleased with the way our manager Carmen manages this place. The effort she puts in is outstanding and the amount of compassion, understanding and helpfulness that she gives goes beyond what one expects.

I have lived here sine before the remodel and it is beautiful.
Carmen and Fernando have been amazing managers. Without going into detail, there was an issue that I had to address and Carmen was fabulous. She was right on top of my needs and assured me through the process that she was there for me.
As far as a previous review goes. Yes, children cannot ride their bikes, scooters, etc.because it is a danger for children and other residents alike. I personally had almost been run over several times and it is in the lease and the rules that those things cannot happen. Carmen goes above and beyond to keep this property clean and safe for us. The pool only gets dirty when other residents do not follow rules and wear street clothes in the pool (again, posted rules that people ignore and have no respect for). I really enjoy being here and thank you to Carmen, Fernando and all maintenance for all you attention and dedication to making this a great place to live.

Has the dirty pool does not let kids go outside and ride their bike scooters or hoverboards or skateboards really mean Makes a big deal if you have a cat do not recommend

I enjoy living here, the complex is well maintenance amenities with small pool, nice oasis, shared laundry and covered parking:) I love the management of Cabo Villas, in particular Carmen & Fernando and also the staff, they are both very kind, friendly & helpful, they really caring and responsive. Complex is very clean and only minor maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. I hope to stay here for a while.:)

Excellent property, very excellently maintained green areas, parking and washing area, always clean.
It has a beautiful oasis in the rear part of the building
Excellent communication with the manager Carmen, friendly, good attitude and willing to help with whatever we need I currently live in the building and I love it.
