20Amazing experience! We had a difficult situation with a potentially expensive warranty issue, complicated by an unrelated malfunction that interfered with the warranty work. Elena was truly outstanding! She listened carefully to our complex situation, and was able to coordinate multiple team members to make sure that everything was done exactly as it needed to be done. We got our vehicle repaired and back on the road quickly and painlessly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the factors that affected our unique case, and she was extremely polite, courteous and understanding. 100% positive experience. Thank you Elena!
Terrible service, dishonest people' they sold me a lemon of a vehicle & treated me poorly,
I have not gotten a car from here YET but today when I had some questions and concerns about a car I had looked at in a different dealership (who made me feel incompetent) but Ashley from the services was amazing she answered all of my questions and even got me in touch with a sales agent to possibly get me into the car I was looking at. Ashley to me showed the true meaning of excellent customer service. Hopefully when I go look at the lot I will be able to thank her in person for treating me as a human and not judging me on my somewhat crazy questions I appreciate your kindness.
Family owned friendly dealership. We had the pleasure of working with Randy on the sale of our newest vehicle yesterday. Informative and not pushy like you usually get with sales people. He listened and heard our exact needs and wishes and really made the experience easy and fun for us. He tried to help us make the best decision for our family of four.
Dealer is kid friendly as well I'll add. My 1 year old was just hanging out the whole time in the show room and my son playing at the table! Buying a car can be stressful and this is our 4th time around doing it, but it was great.
Also, Clint was our financial guy who we did all the bank papers with. Informative and friendly as well.
Juan helped us after we signed our papers and got our new car spic and span, plates on car, the whole nine yards ready for us as we walked out.

Best New Car Buying Experience we have ever had. So far we have bought 2 vehicles from stockton Jeep, 2 vehicles from Lodi Jeep. Very disappointed in service department. Took our only work truck in because Transmission went out. The service person believe Pat said they would have new transmission in a few days. After a week still never heard back so i continued calling. The last time I called I was informed that our transmission would not be in approximately on August 29. Blamed it on Covid. That truck is our lively hood. If it doesn’t run we can’t work. We pulled our truck from there and took it somewhere else. Then i received a survey about there service. I filled it out online as requested and gave my honest opinion. It said it on survey would you like to contacted regarding the survey. I marked no. Not even 10 minutes later the service person contacted me and asked why I
gave her bad review. Then she went on to say how it was going to go against her pay. She just kept going on about that. I said well we are in the same boat if we don’t have our truck in working order at decent amount of time. I finally hung up on her because she wouldn’t quit. We will never be having anything to do with them anymore. Before this we were satisfied with service department. But no more. When you say it will be here in a couple days and then change it for a month now. Never again. We will go to another dealer from now on. You lost our business.
Recently purchased my 2023 Daytona at Cabral was my first time car buying from a dealer ship since only being 19 did go to other dodge dealer ship but Cabral was the one the process is easy and the service there is amazing, when you go in ask for Adam Cardona very nice guy made the process fun definitely if I buy another dodge vehicle I would chose Cabral in Manteca.

So far wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Exelent service. I left my car there today for repairs. I'll find how good thier mechanics and price is tomorrow. Then I'll leave another review. But so far I am very happy.
The service center personnel are top notch, but the service tech's attention to detail is not good. One thing I asked, which I shouldn't have to ask to be done, is for the technician to clean around the coolant reservoir after it was worked on and to fill with new coolant. Neither of those to simple things were done.
Needless to say, I was more than disappointed. The work done on my car was expensive, yet a little follow through was too much to ask.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt that a service writer was as unprofessional as Marcus was. I had to make several calls for updates regarding my Durango I took in for service. I asked if my car would be done relatively quickly, since I don’t live in town and have two toddlers to pick up. He stated pretty rudely that I could come get my car whenever I liked it was up to me if I wanted to proceed with the work to be done. Reluctantantly I proceeded with the 3k worth of work to be done. The following day I asked my husband to call in to see if he would receive better service than I had. My husband got an attitude. After another call from me later in the day to see time frame again I got a separate call that the work was done. Planned to pick up after I got off work and had a ride when I received a separate call from Marcus personally asking for me to deliver a part to him from the RV dealership I work at. For his trailer since he “doesn’t have time to go with his work schedule “ I have never felt more awkward in a position where I couldn’t really say no, I didn’t feel comfortable saying no. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he then joked it was the wrong part but would probably still work. I paid then left. I will not be returning to Marcus regarding my vehicle again
I have dodge challenger my car under warranty bring to him they didn’t fix my car and charge me 200$ they are really stupid and not friendly

Service Technicians get FIVE STARS. Always able to walk in for a for an oil change. They are professional, friendly, and do an outstanding job.
Parts/Advisor/Service-Pricing - Not a fan! Needed two keys fobs. $195 to program two keys, cost per key $281.56, cost to cut key $15.
What a joke, that is $788.12 for two keys cut and programed. I purchased two cars from them, a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie, and Chrysler 300 C; can't cut me a break on the programming cost? Guess I am cheap but DAMN!
I will still go there for oil changes and tire rotations but never purchasing car from them again!
