Love, Love, Love my Cabrillo banking! Been a member since I was a kid. They've always treated me good. I've been a member for life, I'll stay a member for life!

The staff at the La Mesa Branch are so nice and helpful. I've been a member of Cabrillo since 1980.

Cabrillo is a customer oriented credit union. They always go the extra mile in every circumstance. All the staff are very personable and are always helpful.

The staff at Cabrillo are so friendly. Victoria is always friendly and courteous to me. Banking is not one of my strong points in life. She makes me feel at ease. She has a wonderful personality. Thank you Victoria. I must not forget the other staff members. They treat each customer with care and a smile. I have been a member since 1990s. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank or any other establishment in my 42 years of life. Unwelcoming, lazy, and the unwillingness to help is insane. Like God forbid you had to actually move positions, lady. Thank goodness this isn't my bank and only needed to be in that environment once. No wonder my bank SDCCU is voted the best!

Jane at the La Mesa location is a freakin rock star! She was incredibly helpful and made it super easy to secure a personal loan and have it in my account funded the same day. You don’t get that kind of customer service most places, she really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth.

Cash and liquidity issues at this bank are of some concern. They will not allow a transfer out of more than $5K a month. To do this you have to go in person, then they charge you $5 for cutting a check to take that money. This credit union operates like a bank with all the fees and terrible interest rates but none of the convenience.

After a lot of amateur acting banking from this place I have decided to close my account.

At this branch, or on the phone, these folks are always quick and effecient and very polite. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

The worst credit union ever. If you want to withdraw a large sum of money they tell you they can only release a certain amount a day. I deposited a check recently and they put a 10 day hold on it, we'll 10 days have passed and there is still a hold. Called several times and keep getting transferred to other people.

Convenient Location. Easy to Park. Nice New Bank. Quick & Friendly Service! Best Pens! I feel very lucky to have Cabrillo Credit Union as my bank. I was scammed by using my ATM card at a gas station pump by one of those card skimmers. Cabrillo caught it immediately, stopped the transactions and refunded the money 4 days later. Online banking is simple and easy to use!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Long story short, they won’t work with you. You’ll be told different things completely.

Update 2023: Today I walked in to the branch to make a withdrawal of $8k that I needed to purchase something. They informed me that they only have a couple of hundreds and fifty's and they couldn't help me with such a large amount of money. I have two other banks I do business with and have never had a problem withdrawing anything under 10k. Because of this I am considering completely closing my accounts.

Cabrillo is a great credit union! The people here are always extremely nice.
