Was always kept informed of process and other then the expected dust from a Heat pump install since converting from a gas to electric heating system, I am extremely happy with everything and everyone! Nick provided maintenance on our new system. As usual the service was great. Very professional, courteous and efficient. He was very thorough and checked our insulation, checked the inside and outside units, recommended special surge protectors for our new system and sent us an estimate for those within hours of being here. We are very happy with his service and CABS as a company.

Everyone I've interacted with from CABS has been great. Very professional and no one is trying to push unnecessary products on people. We have the membership and it's been totally worth it because both our AC and our heat have malfunctioned this year (at separate times).

I'm giving Ronnie a 5 star for today's Service call along with the Trane Rep. Very professional, they introduced themselves and explained why they were at my house and what they were going to be doing to try and resolve my concerns. They explained the diagnostic process and assured me that someone would get back to me with the results. Ronnie also explained to me the update he made with the amount of gas the system use Which will save me money! Ronnie thank you for coming back and cleaning up Peter's mess.

I'm not happy with the owner Peter. He told me during a service call prior that I purchased a Kia wanting it to run like a Mercedes and that he would not have sold me the Trane unit. Ronnie sold me the unit. Peter best practice is to always be honest.

I had CABS come out and give me an estimate on my air condition that needed to be replaced. Paul was the service man that came. He was really helpful and went over the whole estimate with me and explained my choices and helped me make the best decision on what to purchase. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up the dust that had come out when he was checking my unit. He was professional and overall great.

The technician was great. He fixed the problem and explained everything to me. Thank you for such wonderful service! He placed new recharged batteries into the "low battery box" and everything is working perfectly now.
