My wife has tried multiple times to cancel her membership due to the Covid - 19 outbreak. Basically they won't let her do it despite the pandemic and not being able to use the equipment. Ruthless business practices do not recommend. She had to change her credit card and now probably end up in collections despite numerous attempts to quit. This is for a future membership that cannot be used. Unbelievable how they treat people during this time.

It's a fantastic gym, they've been closed for a while now due to COVID-19 concerns and I'm dying to go back!

I recently started going back to the gym and I can honestly say that CAC Fit, along with its' amazing trainers have made me fall in love with working out all over again. They have a wide range of machines and many team exercise classes at your disposal. The one on one training is extraordinary, with personal trainers catering to their trainees abilities and goals for themselves. Shout out to Brad for keeping me dedicated to bettering my health and happiness! Thank you CAC fit for providing the community a great environment to work out!

Best gym in Auburn by a landslide. Its got great value, its clean and the member service folks are incredible. Don't even consider going anywhere else for your gym if you live in the area.

This is by far the best gym around. Amazing staff who will keep you motivated and by far the most affordable.

Fantastic staff from the Admins to the personal trainers. I live in Grass Valley it’s worth the drive, gym is kept clean.

CAC did not follow through on the unfair billing I complained about below. So I've updated my rating. They're a good deal at less than $10 per month.

Gym-style exercise is a sometime thing for me. Until the new CAC opened I did not feel that the amount of time I used it was worth the monthly cost. Now they have a rate for my style of use that is very affordable even if I choose not to use it every day or even every week. Staff is great - they always have been at CAC. They have a lot of special programs so there's something for everyone and there are a lot of real gym-hounds that I see every time I'm there. Definitely 5 star in my book.

Great gym, the equipment is super high end. The members are what make this place great! I would recommend this gym highly to anyone looking for the best free weights in town and super fun classes.

The owners especially are amazing. Probly why they have stayed in bussniees for almost 40years.

It's a good facility. With good classes. But its pretty much no frills otherwise. And their wireless network is pretty much DOA when there are more than 10 patrons in the club. You get what you pay for.

Been a member for years now. Old building hasn't always been the greatest but that's about to change with the new building I guess. Best part of the Courthouse is their staff. Great people. Lots of fun. Can't wait for new location.

I've been going there for seven years and throughout that time the staff has been friendly and supportive, they have great Spinn and class instruction, personal training rocks, and it definitely feels like home!

I have been a member of CAC for 3 years and I love it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have the best SPIN and ZUMBA classes. I'm excited to move to the new location with all of the new equipment. Great gym. Trish

Their billing department ripped me off. I have been trying to cancle for months nowand they wont reverse my charges except for one.they will milk you of every penny you own stay clear if you actually need money to pay your bills because I no longer have enough.
