I have been with CADA for 17 years. They don't fix thing right away. Example. In one building. There is a leak that's been leaking (leak is coming from a tenant's bathtub when he/she is taking a shower/bath) since 2018. In a covered parking. Cada said it's not a emergency. In one building the stairs needs repair. And also in some apartments building they got rats problem, cockroaches and bedbugs problems.

I love renting from them. Always reliable and Ronnie is the best when it comes to getting things done. The ladies in the office are also really nice. They really go out of their way to help you. Thank you CADA.

My 76 year old grandmother has only lived under this organization for 3 years and never have I seen so many living environmental issues with a company. Constant issues. Currently has been without power and hot water for 24hours due to a storm when all other homes/business surroundings are operating. Hot water heater constantly goes out, they never turn on their heater furnace for inside apartments, washer and dryers constantly break, sinks always flooding in the bathroom due to old piping system, outdoor key locks always get jammed and stuck forcing residents to enter premises through an alley way where the stairs are steep and the 2 entry doors are very heavy. I’m so sad she has to even deal with this place. Hoping for change but it’s highly doubtful. All residence constantly curse, slam doors and yell through walls about the very issues my grandmother also deals with, very frustrating for people in general but more for the elderly.

I live in a luxury condo across from a CADA building and honestly I wish our maintenance was half as good as Ronnie, the CADA maintenance guy. That dude cleans up every mess, rain or shine, no complaints, smile on his face.

And when he does complain, he’s smiling the whole time. On the other hand; my maintenance man, Oleg; I don’t even waste my time bothering. It takes him 6 tries to fix a door knob. I’d rather go ask Ronnie from CADA.

Without Ronnie, they’d have to hire 2-3 people. I can’t rent from CADA; they say I make too much. But if you don’t like your unit or dwellings there, be glad you got Ronnie. The dude is way more reliable than any maintenance guy I’ve ever seen.

Avoid, avoid avoid this place. Their apartments are always run down and old. Once you get your apartment, good luck getting a maintenance guy. There is never any parking available. And the lady on the front is sooo rude. Avoid this place because they are really shady about everything.

When Cada can raise the rent from 900.00 to 1100. To a person who was in the arm services and disable that's crazy. They did not even try to put her on their low income program that they have.

GET RID OF CARS IN FRONT OF OFFICE AND RESHOOT PHOTO WITHOUT SHADOWS. FLOOD IT WITH LIGHT. ALSO SHOW THE GIRLS AT WORK IN OFFICE. MERRI STUTES AND DIANA RUTLEY.
