Despite being put off by the number of horrific stories, these guys are West Coast (I’m in Seattle) and Tom knew exactly what part I needed. No, it wasn’t cheap but they had it! With that purchase he offered me a coupon for a discount on my next, which I just ordered (and despite the rarity, he again was familiar and had it). He also honored the discount 2 years later! I’ve got a tracking number and am confident I’ll be satisfied again. My only complaint is that I’ve had a couple of long hold-times on the phone. I’ve been promised a core refund and will certainly amend this review if there is an issue, but I don’t expect one given my experience to date.

Cadillac Kings are the most disrespectful Auto Parts I've ever dealt with in 60 years of living I rate them the worst

When it seems your Cadillac parts are impossible to find.get the Cadillac King on the line and they'll have it every time.

I ordered a radio and another body part
It took 3 radios [rebuilt] to get a working radio 6 months later
They had me pay to return a non working radio
I never received the body part but was charged for it
When I tried to resolve these issues I was told I'd be called back
Never called back
I am still owed a refund for the body part that was never shipped
I ordered from them in October 2021
I'm writing this in April 2022

BAD BUSINESS DEALING ORDERED A POWER STEERING PUMP AND WANTED TO RETURN IT STATED VENDOR WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AND PRICE WAS 3 TIMES AS MUCH! BUYER BEWARE

Bad business. I will never and I repeat I will never buy or do business wit them again. Order parts in first week of August took a month to receive them. When I receive them, they was the wrong parts.call them to try to resolve the problem and they keep giving me the run around. I spend over $1,000 wit them … they are bad for business… I never experienced business like this …

He got a lot of cars and parts in this place specially for Cadillacs.it's more of a professional mechanic place.it's not for someone that does not know cars really well or is a little afraid to get down and dirty.

Wouldnt email pics of $1200 in used parts before purchase. Acted like it was a ridiculous request. Hard to deal with.

Totally unprofessional. Would rather argue with potential customers rather than sell parts. Very horrible.

They mailed us the wrong parts and when trying to reach out to them via phone, the guy that answers the phone cusses us out.

Worst parts store ever! These people are the most unprofessional business I have had to deal with. Send the wrong parts, then expect you to pay for the shipping to return in. They come up with stories after stories on why it takes forever to even get your part. Dont buy from them unless you want headaches, wrong parts, and wait 3 weeks for 1 part. Useless company!

These bozos ripped me off for a $150 usd core charge and then came up with every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't give me my money back on my visa, DO NOT Use these ripoff artists! I even paid to mail in my old core! Tom is a liar.

After 4 months never received my core rebate even though they acknowledged tracking number and return of part to them. After many many phone calls and promises that my account would be credited I have received nothing.
