Cafeteria 15L

Fries were okay, but three barbacks couldn't keep up.sat for fifteen minutes at the BAR before even being acknowledged.menu is still lacking it's greatness from pre-covid.but, the Modelo was cold and went down nicely.

It's hard to review an airport bar and grill. The food is good pub grub, decent selection of beer. I usually just get a beer or 2 before the flight, last time they were about $10 each. It would be cool if they had more Sacramento breweries on tap, just to represent. The staff is always really nice.

My boyfriend and I ate here and received some of the most terrible service we’ve ever experienced. We are both young and generally very lenient with service workers as we have both worked in the service industry for many years ourselves.

Our server was incompetent and rude. She had no idea which beers which were out of stock, which was nearly half of them, and had to check behind the counter with her manager each time we requested a drink.

The servers themselves were twirling their hair and speaking into the clean glasses because it “sounded cool” which was extremely unsanitary and foul to watch.

The woman next to us was a tired mother of 2 boy toddlers, and we overhead our server say to her “I forgot to put your order in, what did you get again? ”

Can’t say anything about the food as I just had a margarita but the service was bad enough to prompt me to write this review.

I've never had someone mess up a vodka coke. For some reason their mixed drinks are terrible. I learned to order a bagle when I need something to eat. I only drink beer here now. The service is not very good. I fly out of Boise Airport and the food, drinks and service is excellent. Sorry Sacramento you need to take a field trip and see how it's done.

I wouldn't have eaten my Korean BBQ sandwich if I wasn't hungry.husband's Bleu Cheese Burger was ok.french fries were undercooked.

Wow. Terrible. Bartender wasn’t wearing a name badge, but she was a Caucasian heavier set lady with dyed red hair. I had to correct her on my drink twice, making it right the third time (jack and ginger) then proceeded to walk away and talk in the phone for about 20 minutes. The other bartender had to cash me out, and I was given the incorrect tab. Then I was told by The other bartender “oh I don’t know what she poured or rung in. ” I ordered a single jack and ginger and a Bloody Mary, and ended up paying for a double Jameson and double vodka because “that’s just what she poured” absolutely terrible experience. Don’t waste your time, you will be overcharged and given the absolute worst service. Way to represent the entire state of California.

Zero stars would be what I'd prefer. Mediocre food, worse service, and inflated airport prices. They will tell you that you're charged every time you order something even though it may not be ever be delivered to you. The one wait staff person I had appeared incompetent. Stay clear of this place!

Cafeteria 15L is great! So I’m glad there’s one around the Southwest terminal. I definitely recommend it over the other options in this terminal. I had the breakfast burrito and Tequila Mockingbird.

The server was great but both border burger and cafeteria burger patties were over cooked burned by one side on both patties. The tomatoe on both burgers also looked over due. Way overpriced
