Caffé Mezza Luna reviews
15Had caffe latte and vegetarian pannie. Both were good. They have outdoor seating. Dogs are also allowed but on leash.
I came with a group of friends and we ordered a bunch. I've got to say that every single drink or cake we had was mind-blowing. I've never been to a restaurant/Cafe with such awesome items but this one nailed it! Highly recommend!
At Mezz Luna to celebrate our 34 year anniversary. Been coming here on our anniversary for awhile now. Food is fantastic and the service is always on another level. Thank you to all the staff for making each visit better then our first. Cheers
Got the Avocado Omelette ($12) and Eggs plate ($10).
For drinks (not pictured), got the Affogato & Cappuccino. The Affogato (shot of espresso poured over a scoop of gelato) was sweet enough even for someone who can't handle bitter (black) coffee usually.
Would get brunch here again:)
Good cafe in half moon Bay Area. Pizza was really good and coffee also. Servers are friendly and fast service.
Great place! I come here regularly. They have pastries, Italian ice cream and small bites.
The food is always fresh.
Highly recommend.
A tasty place for coffee and a pastry. Caffe Mezza Luna smells good long before you can see the cafe. We walked in to find that delicious smell was pastries and fresh coffee. A lovely spot for coffee on a foggy halfmoon bay morning. They also offer gelato for a hot afternoon at the beach.
Good option around but for tourists just like everything around here. Not many healthy options if that is what you are looking for.
Not massive portions which is a good thing given how fat we are here in the US. Food quality is good and friendly staff
First gave me the wrong order, when I pointed it out, they redid it with half cooked eggs with uncooked egg-white all over the plate, the worst sour dough toast. (how can you do bad sourdough in bay area.the birth place of sourdough baking.but they did it).
Coffee.ordered an americano, yucky, had to get another coffee at Peets in HMB just to get the bad taste of their coffee out of my mouth.yuck
Good food, service is fine, coffee is ok (not craft coffee). Extremely busy, long line to order and long wait for food.
Caffe Mezzaluna is our go-to spot for an afternoon coffee (for me) and hot tea (for my wife) whenever we’re in Half Moon Bay. This little Italian style cafe is an offshoot of the highly-regarded restaurant Mezza Luna (“Half Moon”) a few blocks away.
I love strong black coffee and theirs is always freshly brewed. The gelato is authentic and creamy and the handcrafted pastries are sinfully decadent. Service has always been quick, efficient, and friendly.
This isn’t just a place to grab a quick coffee. The extensive menu offers everything from sandwiches, panini, pizza, and salads to omelets, pancakes and crepes.
Look for the standalone building in front of the mostly deserted Harbor Village shopping center on Capistrano Rd.and Hwy 1 in Princeton-by-the-Sea. There’s plenty of parking in the adjacent lot. We can usually find seating on the patio but there are also a few well-spaced tables inside
Very good and recommendable breakfast restaurant. Great selection of options and good tasting coffee, European standard.
Prices are very fair and appropriate.
This is a neat little café located among some truly awesome scenery, dining, and shopping in Half Moon Bay. I recommend you visit this place after indulging in some local Peruvian cuisine or a beer or two at the nearby brewery. This place has great coffee, ample seating indoor and outdoor, and fairly quick service. It can get a bit crowded and long lines sometimes. They have desserts, coffee, Alcoholic drinks, and other eating. They have restrooms that are available to customers as well.
Recommended if you're in the area and looking for coffee or a treat. Although it's one of the only options in the immediate area, they're well run and the items are good.
