I recently had some updates done at my home and it made me consider updating everything at once. I received a post card in the mail about refinancing. I made a call at first just to inquire however after talking with someone and hearing how everything would be handled for me I went ahead with the loan. My processor Syed Ibrahim was very friendly and always available for questions and letting me know what stage in my process I was. He followed me and updated me until the money was in my account and gave me all the information needed for steps I would do after his assists. Great to have worked with such a team.
