We just happened by this cute little cafe and we're glad we stopped in. The artisan pizza was delicious! They also serve baked goods and Peet's coffee (the mocha was spot-on) and the meringue puff cookies were our favorite We look forward to stopping in again to try a hot sandwich!

I called to see if they make Bluey cakes and was asked if I speak Spanish, so if I don't speak Spanish I can't order a cake.hmmm

RESPONSE: : : so if I come into the bakery I don't have to speak Spanish? But on the phone only Spanish speaking only? The public should be able to call to see if the bakery carries what they are looking for and not be met with Spanish speaking only.

Carmel frape is really good there. The coffee is really good. Im looking forward to trying more drinks.

I ordered pizza & it was pretty good

I also ordered a slice of strawberry cheesecake & slice of lemon meringue both were a disappointment
The crust on the lemon meringue was so hard I couldn’t use my fork. The lemon filling was delicious but the meringue was also hard.
The strawberry on the cheesecake was more like strawberry jam not good at all
Crust was also hard
I had the strawberry cheesecake when they first opened & I remember it was delicious.so what I got today was a disappointment

Coworkers and I stopped at this place for lunch. It is highly recommend. Here in photo is veggie pizza, rice pudding, strawberry cheese cane, and strawberry mousse cake

I pick up delivery orders from here pretty often. The people who work there are always super nice and welcoming. Today they gave me a brownie as a sampler and I swear this was probably the best brownie I had ever eaten. Highly recommend if you're looking for delicious treats or even just want a delicious lunch/dinner.

Absolutely love this place! Cute little shop that has pastries and pizza. They sell cake by the slice or whole, coffee and fresh made bread. I ordered a slice of the cheesecake before Thanksgiving, before leaving took a quick bite. I went back in and ordered a whole cheesecake, it was that good! They are always so nice and friendly.

Today was our first time going to Jill &Jill. They open at 11. I met a girlfriend for lunch. She arrived 20 minutes before 12 and ordered a Latte, which never arrived. I got there around 12: 10. We wanted to get a pizza. They sell desserts, sandwiches, pizza and peets coffee/tea. The pizza dough was not going to be ready until almost 1: 00. Okay.so how about a sandwich. No bread. We ended up with ice tea and each got a slice of cake. The cake was good. However, not good enough to replace the experience there for the first time. I am not sure if we will try again. Businesses have bad days, well today was a very bad day. When I told the girl this was not a great first impression, "I'm sorry" Was the reply. Hope it gets better.

Love seeing my community grow. I had a strawberry hibiscus refresher and a lemon cake with blueberries. The cake was very fresh and I love that the frosting was whipped and not overly sweet I look forward to see them turn into a successful business and will definitely be showing my support.

Hey, next time please put a sign that you’re closed for an event. Got there today at 8: 40am and the doors were locked.

Good luck trying to catch when they’re open… They seem to choose and pick their hours, rather than going by the hours they post… Don’t depend on them to be open even if they say they are.

I’m sitting in this little diner as I’m writing this. This place is cute but could use more appeal inside. We ordered several drinks and one that my daughter ordered was a matcha. My daughter took a drink and said ma this tastes very little of matcha but more like milk and no sweetener. I went up and asked if they could add just a touch more of matcha and a little vanilla sweetener because it was not sweet at all. The young lady was very nice and mixed up a small amount in an espresso cup and told me it would be 50cents because she followed the recipe and because I wanted more they will charge. Usually restaurants or cafe places that serve drinks are very hospitable and gracious and don’t charge to make a customer happy. I definitely think this place could have potential because Madera is in need of more and for that I’m hopeful for what this place could bring

I love the place and the vibe is really great for a coffee date. The desserts are good and the coffee too. But I like the matcha better tho.

Excellent customer service. Went for breakfast but they didn’t have much to choose from. There were flanes, cake, and cupcakes in a small display cabinet. Not very pretty to look at. I hope they get breakfast items to go with the coffee or even some croissants or muffins would work. They had pizzas but we really don’t need another pizza place in Madera. Ordered a strawberry lemonade it was alright. Will return in a month to see if there’s any additions.
