I'll add to this now that I've done two auctions. Really great experience, both pick ups super easy, my items were ready for me, helpful people there. Already bidding on a third lot.

I have purchased multiple items from this company starting in 2020. The last two times I purchased items, I had the WORST experiences. I had to drive over an hour total to pick up an item at a private residence and it looked NOTHING like the photograph. It was dirty and disgusting. When I tried to let them know, they were incredibly rude and didn't apologize in the slightest. My prior experience before that, they sold me a counterfeit Louis Vuitton purse for nearly $700, and when I contested the authenticity, they were reluctant to give me a refund and the owner RUDELY told me that some people like to buy counterfeits! First, they are highly ILLEGAL, and second the way that these employees interact with their customers is appalling. Out of the 7-8 employees that I interacted with, there was ONE kind lady who actually was genuinely helpful and nice. If I could give a worse review, I would.

Cal Auctions, don't contact me again. I stopped supporting your business over two years ago for all of the reasons above, and I will never be back. Accept the feedback and do better.

Once registered, the auction site is pretty intuitive and pickup was easy and friendly.

Undoubtedly, the finest auction house in San Diego. Their customer service is exceptional, consistently offering top-notch products. Over the years, we've been loyal buyers and have never encountered any dissatisfaction. Their user-friendly bidding system further adds to the experience. I wholeheartedly endorse them.

They had a pickup at Southwestern College, but the millennials who work here just put the main address for the college and not the building that the pickup was actually located. Tons of people driving around the campus trying to find the Calauctions sign. I called the office and they didn’t answer: Someone calls back and said they don’t have a building number and to to the shipping and receiving area of the college. I asked her what is the building number and she said it was the right address. I said it was not the right address and people can’t find it. She said someone else called and was able to find it. I finally went to a map of the college on campus and by asking people found the building number. There are 80 plus building at the college.
