I took my Altima there and we’ll nothing work correctly and after they tried everything and still the sound sounded trashy I ask them to install the o.e stereo back on. I ask them if I could get my money back and they told me they would call me and see how they could do that. It’s funny because as long as I was giving them money the guy in charge would text me back fast or the same day. After the o.e stereo was put back I tried to contact the guy several times and we’ll to no surprise he did not text once back. I even stop there and gave the lady that was there that day my phone number so he could call me and yet again he did not contact me. Keep in mine I spend a little over 1200 there. Still waiting but it sounds like as long as you give them money they act like they are you are family but when you ask for some of that money back they act like you never stop there. Very disappointed at that shop, would never recommend these place. We’ll see if they even bother to reply back to my very poor experience.

Went into have our speakers checked on our Silverado. Needed new speakers. Jay showed us what we needed. Told told us to come back in 1 and 1/2 hours. Gus and Gus Jr did the replacement and installed speakers. Very good pricing. Great customer service.

Just got a Kicker L7 and Rockford fosgate amp installed in my 2017 Prius. My whole experience at the shop was very professional. The staff was very knowledgable and didnt waste my time. Jay and Gus were very straight forward with me and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need. Very clean work and they did exactly what I wanted. They picked out the right amp as well without lacking quality. I am very happy with my audio system and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. An my system THUMPS! A+

Good, inexpensive, and as fast as any of the other high end places. Got a sub, Amp, speaker, and double din install here done in a couple hours without a single issue for 30% less than anywhere else I called.

Had some issues with a recent installation. Gus the owner made it right, installed new wires, new fuses, stero system now system is bass and voice excellent! Thanks Gus & christian the installer

From the gate we had an appointment at 10am he said leave the car from 10-3. He didnt show up until 11 amd didnt answer any phk e calls in between that time so we waited for a hour for him to show up. No apologu or explanation why he was late. Never thr less among him being late hetting therr he was alao late getting the car done. We picked the car up at 6. So that was another disappointment not once throufh the whole process did he say he was sorry. He lied about what he was going to put in my lexus it wasnt what he said he was going to insyall. On top of that the girl who did the installation had erpants unzipped very un professional. Although hd did try ro male it right in the dnd by giving us what we paid for the onstallation was done horrible. I hhad to go to another shop and vdt it done there. Very unpleasant experienxce.i dont recommend anyone gling to this shop.

Pulled on site, immediately helped and quoted, prices beat two other places in town for speakers and two other places on tint. Scheduled that day, Returned two days later, all work completed to my satisfaction. My kids even noticed an immediate difference in the speakers and I enjoy the viper tint on the vehicle. I like easy and I like value so I like this place a lot! Already been quoted some future work so I can save up now that I have a place I can be confident to complete the job at a reasonable price.
