I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry with 134,000 from Cal Auto for $16,000 cash. Before buying it I noticed the touch screen for the radio was not working. They said they would fix it but I had to buy the new radio for $350. As I went to pull off the lot with my new used car and my husband noticed a bubble in the tire. Jag said they would fix it and I came back the next day to pick up my car. Half way on my drive home to Stockton I heard a loud noise coming from the front end of my car and it was shaking when I drove over 65 but I figured the tires just needed balanced. When I got home my husband discovered that it was the vents in the front of the car that were loose because the entire front plastic undercarriage that held them in place was missing. The next day I realized that there were no floor mats in my car and in the ad online it stated that the car came with floor mats. When I called Jag and asked where my mats were he told me that he would see if he could get me some from another car. He then called me and said he didn't have any. 6 weeks later I finally get the time to have my tires balanced, it turns out that all 4 tires were out of balance and both rims on the driver's side of my car were bent and that the rims on it are Honda rims and a size 18, too big for my car and put on with no spacers to ensure proper fit. When I called and voiced my concerns with Jag he basically said that he would let the owner know but that he would most likely say "how do I know that you didn't hit a pothole and bend the rims? " And why did I wait so long to contact him over the issues? Now my steering is making a popping noise and my bushings need replaced on the front right side. All in all this car is a lemon. I wish I would of never had bought it.

I helped my daughter purchase a car here in April of 2022. Odometer read 89K miles. August of 2023 we take the car to a mechanic for issues and when hooked up to the computer, it read the car has 383K miles.

Called to see if the dealership would like to work something out because no bank will ever finance a car with this ridiculous amount of miles and they told me there is nothing they can do and I should go to DMV Investigations.

Oh wait, they offered to buy the car back for $4,300 of which we paid 10K a little over a year ago. Why would they do that? So they can fraud another person to sell the car too! Be very weary of this car dealership. In fact just find another dealership!

Be caureful if you buy a vehicle from the folks. Make sure everything works and make sure to have them take care of any isues. We bought a truck from this place a the heater did not work we brough it to their mechanic and he did not fix the problem the truck was and it is still leaking antifreeze fuid and they are refusing ti fix the problem
Its over 1000 to have it fix.
I will be filling a small claims law suit and ca lemon law

This was our second time buying from Cal Auto Outlet4Cars. Easy, quick, and a great selection. Daniel, Jag, and Casey are friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. The excellent selection of cars needs no sell. This is now our go-to place for cars.

This place is big and has lots of cars and trucks with keys already in the door for me to start and check out along with a folder on every vehicle dash telling me the information and price of it, soo cool and different than other places

My family has been getting cars from here since 2013. Jag is wonderful and gives excellent service. Makes things so simple and fast.
