5 I cannot recommend Greg enough. He was responsive when we contacted him. On the morning of our home inspection in Santa Clarita, he timed it so he would arrive early enough to meet with our realtor, perform a thorough inspection, then have us arrive towards the end of the inspection. He then took the time to explain his findings and recommendations to us. He was patient and answered all of our questions.
Not only was Greg great at the inspection, but he also wrote a prompt, detailed report, sent to our realtor and us as well. Greg charges fair prices and is worth every penny. You will not regret hiring Greg and Cal Certified Inspections.
Greg came out quickly during a 3 day holiday weekend with a short contingency period. I appreciate him being the ONLY INSPECTOR out of 20 to answer the phone on a friday afternoon. You are in good hands with this guy.
