This is a basic RV park with gravel or asphalt spaces, full hook ups with laundry. We stayed a month, decent rates, Security came through every night, but it looks like a prison with barbed wire and fences everywhere. Grounds need work, no weeding done or maintenance that we could see, electric outlet in our space didn’t work but they gave us the one next door to use. Hosts were nice but no control over dogs barking like crazy in the dog park as I think they belonged to Hosts! Needs work all around but if you have to stay like we did, it’s adequate.

My husband and I are new to the area and only here while my husband is working. We are full time RVers who boondocked the first two nights until we found Cal Expo. They were so nice. They let us check in early and made sure we knew about everything in the area since we aren’t familiar. They have an awesome dog park. Wifi. Laundry room. Also have a bathroom and showers available but we didn’t need them so didn’t use. There’s a 30 day max which is unfortunate because I would have loved to stay! However, they gave me a list of other places in the area (SO helpful for us newbies!) so that we could make other arrangements after we stayed our 30 days. They had a night security which made me feel so awesome since my husband works nights. We never had an issue here. This stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We paid for one week but only needed to stay 5 days. Bathrooms were locked and the office was already closed. The sites are very tiny to get in with the RV. A lot concrete structures and pipes in the way. Staff was friendly and 3 dogs were loose without leash and they called everybody to check. They maintained the dogs inside since it was cold. I hope the owners claim them and don’t abandon them it is like a parking lot with hook ups.

Not much for frills.but an ok stay.
When they tell you the event shuttle for events at discovery park stop there, it does 1400 acres away.
So a little misleading.
Staff was as helpful as they could be.

Was in town for a couple months on business. Wish we could of just remained there (30 day max stay) super convenient location for a reasonable price. Didn't use on-site bathroom, laundry or dog run but were available. Has most basic amenities however it is mostly parking lot w hookups. No grass at sites etc.

Quiet, clean showers with bathroom $20 gets you a bathroom key. Return key at end of your stay and the $20 is returned to you. Rv Park has shopping center across the street. I shall return often while visiting my family!

As a place to camp, not great. But as some place to put your trailer for an event, it is perfect.

Laundry, showers, full hookups, decent sized spaces, everything you could ask for.

The staff was beyond wonderful. I arrived late and they worked overtime to make sure everything was perfect.

We just just stayed overnight, but the park was quite. Coming back soon!
You can put down a $20.00 deposit for a bathroom key, wich have showers in them. Toilets were a little dirty, but doable.you will get you deposit back once you return your key.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night since we were having our motor home serviced locally. Most of the other local RV parks required multiple day stays so this place hit the mark.
One half of the park is ashalt and the other half us gravel. They have pull throughs and back ins with combinations of full hookups and some with only 30 amp service.
The restrooms and laundry are fine and they have a nice large fenced dog park but that is it for amenities.
The park is real quiet and located close to lots of things to do and see.

Nosey, nosey, nosey! The people in the office have people that actually live there on site that will Target you for all the meticulous miscellaneous things so beware that this is a waste of time.nothing to see here if you want to be harassed everyday go here! If you want to relax and have a good time find somewhere else.

It's a gravel parking lot with laundry, full hookups and a low rate. Probably a great way to experience one of the events or the state fair, but really just a spot to park and plug in. The service I got setting the reservation and followed ups were excellent.

Good only we were there about a month and dumpsters were never empty. They said they had to inform the state or city which they said they did. It was over filling.

Huge gravel spaces, full HU, site 417 has great shade in the morning. We paid $50/night which is usually a little higher than we normally would like to pay but it was good for us for one night
