While it was hard to get my initial appointment as soon as I would have liked, I am very happy with how the appointment went. Dr. Kelly spent an hour with us listening to our concerns about multiple health problems with our older pitbull. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. After examining our dog, they were able to move up the originally scheduled appointment for the rehap vet (about two weeks away), to just a couple days away. It is hard to know if our doggie will ever be able to walk again on her hind legs, but I feel the detailed treatment plan that she emailed me in the evening will give our dog the best chance at some recovery. I was very impressed.

My vet from this clinic moved out of State and so the clinic is going through some challenges with staffing. Despite that, me and my dog felt very attended to and cared for.

We had a wonderful appointment with Dr.watrobski we did laser and acupuncture Dr W explained everything to mom and she made us feel like family. Ashlee also made us feel comfortable and we had a very successful visit.we are so thankful for the amazing care.we give them a pawfect 10.

Best place to take your pets. Everyone is extremely friendly and actually take the time to know your concerns regarding your pet's health. The explorer various options of care with you. You really feel as they are a team and by bringing your pets to them you've joined their team. Its a team effort in getting your pet the best care possible.

Dr Wright is the best. I live in LA and go to Calabasas Animal Clinic. They treat my dog well and don’t charge me for unnecessary things.

We love Dr. Watrobski! Our Koko is 15 and we needed to talk about aging issues of pain, sleep and digestion and she was so very helpful. She took her time and explained many options and now we feel comfort and confidence in what to do for Koko.

Very happy with the overall quality of service. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my dog’s needs.

The front staff is so unorganized it’s infuriating. They don’t pick up their phone. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t communicate with each other. And they are so smug about it, as if they’re indispensable, that the Vet should be embarrassed that that is who they hired to represent them and continue to do nothing about their inadequacies.

We reached out, letting them know we had to change our appointment. We spoke to an effeminate man, who acknowledged they don’t read or respite emails in a timely manner, then moved us to a Saturday at 10am. The older woman today couldn’t find the appointment and spent 10 minutes with questions that had a thinly veiled tone of finger-pointing.

Every single time it’s been like this. The last time there was another older woman who, I guess, was a former employee of West Valley Pet Clinic. She spent 10 minutes trashing her former employer while we were in the lobby. This was after 5 minutes of trashing when I made the appointment.

The Vet has been ok, but weird and often lazy. You really have to have your questions ready, or they'll do the basics and get you out of there. Then you'll talk to the woman with the used car salesman tactics at the front.

We have a German Shepherd and two cats that we will no longer be taking there. Considering every appointment is always, somehow, some way, $300-$400, this Vet is trash, and I hope someone reads this and chooses to take their pets elsewhere. As I said when I left the old woman when I left, “This front office team is a joke. ”

Very efficient visit. Staff came out to my car and took my dog inside, asked some basic questions. Dr. Tyneway called me just prior to exam and we discussed issues and what tests would be done. She advised that she would call me within the week once lab results were received. Staff brought my dog back to me in my car, total visit less than 30 minutes. Staff is very kind and patient.

Super amazing place! Dr. Watrobski is phenomenal, so caring and helpful at explaining everything and supporting the care of our pups.love the blended philosophies too.
And our girl is walking much better! We have been struggling with another place we tried, and we are so happy we found this one instead!

Yvonne and this clinic are out of this world I truly cannot recommend them enough! Seriously Yvonne is a saint if you can get in with her for your pup pleeeaaase do!

Dr T. Was very very nice and kind I really appreciated how he handle my big male akita most vets are intimidated and want to muzzled him but Dr T was confident and gave my dog and me a chance to get familiar with him took the time to listen was very thorough with his exam. The staff very friendly as usual the facility always clean

They were recommended by a friend, and they were courteous, prompt, thorough, and although they had the opportunity to take on the removal of quite a few of my dogs teeth, which would’ve been incredibly lucrative, they instead strongly suggested that for my dogs horrible dentition, going to Specialty veterinary dental service would be a lot safer and probably cheaper since she would be under anesthetic for a lot less time in the hands of people who only specialize in teeth. They absolutely could have taken on that procedure and it would’ve been very lucrative for them but instead they did what was best for the patient and I really, really appreciated that! I will definitely go to them again, the cost for the consult and medication’s for my dog was also incredibly reasonable compared to other area veterinarians.

The people there seem nice and seem to care about my pet, but it's not a covid-safe business. Very small and poorly ventilated and only the doctor was masked - no other employees.

Always a great visit with Dr. Zandberg. I have many vets that i live closer to but this is the only place that has an integrative holistic approach to treatment + medicine.

Dr Kelly is one of the best vets (and best humans) you will ever meet. She and her staff have always been incredibly kind. They are the only people I trust my pets to for both the highs and lows. I highly recommend bringing your pets here!
