5I really wanted to keep coming back to this shop but alas I won’t be coming back. Went in to get an alignment and dude just looked at my car and said it doesn’t need one. Weird but ok. Told him it pulled to the right and he’s like, well, the steering wheel is straight. Ok… fine, your the pro here but I know that’s not all to it. Cool, so then he’s like, I can rotate the tires and that might fox it. I was too lazy to do it myself back home so I agreed to the 20 bucks tire rotation. While I didn’t think that would fix it, and it didn’t so, sweet… 20 bucks. But what I wasn’t expecting is for the dude who rotated my tires to be a complete moron and not use the proper sockets to avoid scratching my wheels. For a shop that sells rims and tire to mess this up is beyond me. All 4 wheels were damaged near the lug nut areas. Never coming back!
I’m glad I came here, and in total spent 679. I bought 1 OEM 16” rim, 4 new tires, alignment, all of my studs and lug nuts replaced for my 1999 ford crown victoria lx. I will be coming back here again for all my tire needs. Thank you to whoever pointed out a leak in my radiator hose before I could notice it. This place gets pretty busy throughout the day, but they try their best to get everyone done and out quickly. It’s worth the wait if you ask me. (I paid with card, I’m sure they accept cash as well)
Been going here for years, workers are pretty cool, just dont eat the hot peppers off the tree.
They hooked me up with 2 new tires and rotated my other tires for free. Both times I was there there was a steady stream of people coming in for help with their tires/wheels but these guys were hustling so the wait wasn't long. I'm glad to find a local shop to go to.
I took my truck for alignment and in less than 5 minutes it was ready that it only needed an adjustment but even so it goes sideways and they charged me for the complete alignment and without guarantee some lousy professional job
