Worst customer service ever!

After months of trying to deal with this company we just got an email that they cannot do our wedding.

Sad because I’m from Belgium and wanted to have stylish decorations like we do that here. I couldn’t find any company that could come close to what I had in mind, until I saw this company.
But then they had to be rude and just not care about us at all.

Is it because my fiancé is black? I don’t know.
Oh and also both my fiancé and I got blocked on Instagram (?) by Cali Bouquet. This is just so unprofessional and childish.

All this just because you guys couldn’t answer for over months and obviously didn’t feel like helping us out.

My fiancé and I wish we could give 0. We went on the website and liked the way it all looked and wanted to book flowers for our big day. Our very first email we asked to book with them and reserve our date and got no response. So we called and the wedding coordinator asked if we had already filled in the google form but of course we didn’t because she never sent us anything. Then we filled it in and finally got a quote with some prices and details. There were some things in the quote that we wanted to specify and leave out and also sent pictures to give a really good idea of how we would want it to look. Another couple weeks go by with no response so I sent her a reminder (no response) and then another reminder with my contact details asking to set up a time to speak over the phone. Still no response so my fiancé sends a Facebook message to the company which was read and received no response still! So I call AGAIN and she says she will respond to the email because she was busy and couldn’t talk at the moment so I asked her to just respond to my email.
1 more week goes by with nothing and so I call again and her explanation is that it’s valentines week so they were busy. I even wanted the contact information of the manager and she asked why and that I could just tell her. I’ve never had such horrible service in my life. The whole time the woman barely sounded like she cared at all and was just checking my emails as we were on the phone. I feel bad for the owner of the company that their image is messed up because of one employee.

The girls at Cali Bouquet are so helpful and kind! They go above and beyond to accommodate every need you have!

Unfortunately, I will never be able to recommend this place to anyone. A family member of mine and his soon to be wife loved the designs featured on their website, and wanted to book them for flowers for their wedding day. Keep in mind that the member of my family is a Black man, which shouldn’t be important but will come up later. What followed is possibly the worst display of customer service that I’ve seen. One of the reviews below this goes into detail about what happened, but long story short, after sending several emails with no response for weeks, and several phone calls in an attempt to set up a time to consult, and even a Facebook message trying to get in contact, the store FINALLY sent a short email saying that they won’t be able to help them, giving absolutely zero explanation. They then proceeded to block the couple from even searching them on Instagram for absolutely no reason. It’s once again important to note that this is an interracial couple with a Black man, and judging by the lack of diversity featured on their website, it’s disheartening to think that there’s even a chance that they exhibited this behavior based on a potential customer’s race. I’ve never seen a customer treated like this anywhere in the South Bay, and at the end of the day, this is also just terrible business practice.

I ordered a same day delivery bouquet for my sister’s birthday and it was delivered within hours! The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me that they would be beautiful. The bouquet was amazing! So beautiful! The flowers they used were so fresh, they lasted almost 2 weeks! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Anastasia is friendly, easy to work with and is very capable to handle any situation. Her and her team are professional and very talented! Would highly recommend!

We ordered table centerpieces for our Christmas party last year through Cali Bouquet. Anastasia was very professional, responsive and has a fantastic sense of style. Everyone was impressed with bouquets. I had a chance to keep one of the centerpieces, and it lasted for a couple of weeks after.
Even though that our party located in Orange County, our order was delivered on time.
This year we will order from Cali Bouquet again.
