Caliber Collision

I brought my car in to have the hood repainted. The insurance was lined up and ready to pay. Caliber called and said that they were able to buff out the scratches and so there was no reason to charge the insurance. They easily could have painted the hood and taken the money. I was very impressed with their integrity. They didn’t charge us at all. I would recommend them to anyone!

We are repeat customers (sadly) and each time they have delivered excellent work and good communication.

Last week the third time this year that I took my wife’s car in to this shop and once again they did not disappoint. They are always extremely professional and courteous and highly responsive. One of the fog lights and it’s supporting bracket was broken by road trash. I had purchased the cover plate to replace the lost one but could not get the light to clip back in since one side of the plastic brackets broke completely off. Unfortunately with the make and model of the vehicle, the fog light was integrated into the entire front bumper mold, which would cost me about a $1,000 to replace. Rather than trying to fleece me, the assigned Rep asked if he could take my vehicle back to the shop to see if they could come up with a fix. Less than hour later my vehicle was fixed and I was charged all of $75 for their time and effort. Now that’s service that will keep me going back when I have a need to do so!

These guys are awesome! Needed to get my door fixed. The dealership was trying to overcharge so I brought my car in to caliber collision. Not only did they fix it that day within a few hours, but my total was less than the dealership was going to cost just to diagnosed the problem. Also, I kept going back and forth to determine the best way to pay for services, but they remained patient and assistive the whole time. I’ll definitely be using their establishment again and referring my friends there!

I had my car repaired there they did not put back on the weather stripping on the top of my vehicle. They just forgot I guess. Now a little over a year later the paint is coming off. Not a little flake either this is a large piece of paint that bubbled up and came off. I will call them tomorrow but this kind of work is unacceptable

The staff at the Roseville Caliber Collision did an outstanding job on my vehicle. They were professional and the results were fantastic.

DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE.a terrible place to do business read through 1 star reviews and you will see what i mean.i got my car back with more problems. I freaking don't know what to do with FRANKY - yes i named my car Frankenstein coz of their work. Please do yourself a favor support your small and local repair shop this one is too big they have arm and teeth to F you up.

For me. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The customer service wasn’t very good.
They didn’t fix my back door very well. I had to take it back because the door wasn’t even.
To this day and it’s been a year and it whistles and air noise. I noticed they treat men better then women.
Will I use them again? No!

Caliber did a good job of ensuring repairs were done right. They have a great policy for handling issues with repairs.

They do thier job well, I noticed that the reception lady kinda yells at you " what do you need? !? " Well I'm sorry, but I'm a potential customer here, please don't tell at me. Also when she called a person to help me, she had to snap her fingers at them in order for them to get up, and help me. How sad. It's like kids.

I have used these guys many times (too many). They always do a great job. Love that they have car rental place in the same building. Makes it VERY easy to get "back on the road"

These guys have done a couple of small repaint jobs for me. They do the work on schedule and it has been high quality both times. They did a great job of color matching my tricolor paint.

Caliber Collision did such an awesome job repairing my car after a recent accident. From my first visit to Caliber to the time I picked up my car the customer service was outstanding. Tom, the estimator, was extremely professional and communicative. My car looks like new thanks to the team at Caliber Collision, they made the whole experience simple and easy.

Caliber Collison made my car look better than it was before my accident. Bought my car brand new. Was side swiped 6 months later and was really devastated. I brought it to Caliber and they made it brand new again. Not only did they fix everything from the accident but they went above and beyond and fixed any little paint chip they could find that occurred while I was commuting 4 hours every day to work. Took my car in last April after I was rear ended. Worked with Casey who went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process. Casey was extremely courteous and professional at all times, and I was more than pleasantly surprised by the speed and the quality of the work. Thank you, Casey and team!

The staff are down to earth and very friendly. There were problems getting all the parts from VW, so it took longer than expected, but I was kept well informed of every development and was given regular status updates. There is an Enterprise car rental in the same building, so that is very convenient.

I couldn't be more pleased with this place. They were friendly, non judgemental, and did a great job on my car! I would prefer not to have to go back here again (I'd prefer not to crash my car again! XD) but if I had to go somewhere again I would happily return / recommend!

I would like to thank Brent and Megan as well as all the staff at Rocklin Caliber Collision for doing an AMAZING job on my Honda Civic. Brent and Megan answered all my questions that i had.what started out as a very stressful situation for me turned into an amazing experience thanks to Brent and Megan as well as all the staff at Rocklin Caliber Colision.they got done with all my repairs to my car two days early, i can not thank you all enough for that!
