Brian Schmidt and Jorge Urieta provided excellent service from end to end. Brian Schmidt initiated my claim from one RV location then referred me to Jorge Urieta (due to my make/model) at another RV location. Jorge took over and made this a seamless experience. I appreciate the responsiveness on any questions I had and how he kept me posted on each stage of the process til the end. I also received status updates via texts. Brian Followed up to make sure all was well at end. I needed my car stat and rather than delaying another day for this Jorge is accommodating me by having a tech come to me to complete a minor install on the clear protector on door panel so I wouldn’t have to return. I would definitely return should I need additional assistance with my Mercedes. I would also refer my friends & family to either of the Caliber Collision locations in Riverside.

Our customer service representative Jay was amazing. He addressed all of our concerns and kept us updated during the entire process. Vehicle was good as new when returned.

Very friendly and professional staff. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all questions for assessing my car would recommend this place over and over.

I would highly recommend Caliber to everyone. Besides being so friendly their work is fantastic! They make sure the tiniest detail to the largest is checked and rechecked until it's perfect.

Yammer center 8 months ago but also a couple years back I had to accident and they got right to me gave me a great estimate took care of business no hassle no haggle very cool great place to go get your car fixed they don't mess around and try to upgrade you or anything to just get you handled in and out love it. Com business should be ready

Unfortunately, my Japanese mother is the "frequent flyer" here at this collision center and not me. I just handle all her insurance claims when she gets into an accident. Her car is at the shop located in Riverside on Arlington Ave.and Indiana. They're just as good as my mother's regulations shop in San Bernardino on the corner of 3rd St.and Tippicanoe (across from Mattel Toys). They all know her by her first name.wow! Not good-

If I was you, do your research before coming to this place, they will take there sweet time and tell you a week, and you won’t see the car for months, due to ordering wrong parts! So unprofessional! I do not recommend this place! Especially for Mercedes Owners!

Service was good. But as I’m driving home I look in my back seat there was candy and trash all over, and $8.00 worth of two dollar bills I keep in my visor missing

This was my second visit to this caliber location, the guys are great, I dealt only with David Estrada and Armando Hernandez. They both were great, but David was outstanding in keep me updated and delivering the car on time.the front staff is very professional and welcoming (Melissa was very helpful)

Richard Dow took very good care of my car. His communication on the repair updates was awesome and my car was ready exactly when he said it was going to be. Everyone there is really friendly and professional.

If you come from 3-4pm you’re gonna wait a long time. This place is really busy! I waited forever but only because of my insurance company was being a pain. Other than that this place is great. You can rent a car walking distance after you turn yours in. I needed a whole new front bumper and it took 5 days. They called to keep me updated, added a clear bra and even washed it! Excellent service.

Still waiting on the estimate it’s been over a full day and they still “haven’t looked at my car” they should understand what that for some of us this morning is a priority and we need our cars for work, school, etc.

This was my worst experience with a body shop so far I had to take my van back 2 more times after the first time I got it back it is ridiculous how a lot of these so called highly reviewed shops are still in business I'm not taking my van back for the rest of the mistakes they f****n suck passenger side TAIWAN fender does NOT line up with the oem headlight the grill insert on the front bumper on the driver side was just shoved in my husband had to pull it off and reinsert it same with the rear bumper it was below the clips my husband and his friend had to remove the bumper and re install it and they covered all the little imperfections in wax had to re sand cut and buff the passenger side fender and my personal detail guy said there's not enough material on the fender so it's a challenging piece for him but got it fixed all I know is they wasted 180$ on the detail also had or actually am having a bad experience with enterprise as well they're charging me for the rental and trying to say it's extras I asked for when the receipt clearly says I denied everything this is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a accident they need to change there phone message when they put on hold that says "you get back your vehicle in preaccident condition" nothing but lies and headaches and btw j. Sierra needs to get fired in my opinion cause he did the work look at the pics

I like these guys but this time they seemed very distracted, helped a woman that came in after us, then even though I called twice and AAA sent over the assignment, for some reason it wasn't clear I was dropping my truck off, it was not "Just an estimate ".

Brian was amazing. He helped me from beginning to end. I received almost calls updating me on the repairs and delt with the insurance. The whole process was super easy and painless. I highly recommend caliber collision!
