Did a great job fixing the rear bumper on our car after we got rear ended, took care of all the insurance paperwork too. Service was great.

Joe the manager was very kind and enthusiastic to help us. I called him and he said 'We can handle it right now and we'll have it out in just a couple minutes'. They made sure that we were satisfied with everything and attended to our every question.

Let me start off by saying this will be my first review of anything! I was rear ended and I went through the proper channels of my Insurance Company and they sent me to "Caliber Collision" in Norco- I had no expectations except just getting my car repaired. The staff were very professional and at the same time made me feel at home. After getting my approximate repair damage cost I was informed it would take just a few days. I received daily text messages from "Caliber Collision" on the progress of my repair and let me say that was great! I didn't have to guess or wonder they kept me up to date- In just a few days I picked up my car and I was amazed! Not only did they repair the damage - They cleaned and vacuumed my whole car! Windows and rims and everything! When I drove off there lot I felt I was driving a brand new car! You guys and gals are awesome! I have nothing but Love for you! Thank you!

I had the best experience from Caliber Collison. When I had my accident and my car was tore wide open, all my friends told me take to Norco Caliber Collision. I did, they treated me with respect and helped me understand details of what was going to be the next step. Ralphael adn Jesse are the best! They both had me in the "know" of what was happening and I appreciate them for this. Noone likes being without a vehicle for so long, and they made me feel my car was safe and well taken care of. Caliber Collision in Norco is the only place I will ever have my car repaired. Nick the manager and his team of employees did a great job handling my claim and repairs to my vehicle. They were on time and repairs came out great.

A+ quality repair work. I'm actually happy I got in an accident because my car looks better now then it did before I crashed it. Their estimator Issac was very kind and walked me through the entire process from the time I handed him the keys to the the time I received them back. They kept me informed during the duration of the repair, even their parts guy Bobby kept me updated on parts status. 5 stars all the way around.

No matter what the size of your vehicle damage quick and curteous service was given without compromising the integrity of your vehicle. Norco was my location for 15 years. But I need to find another location due to a change of management.

Would highly recommend them. They have great customer service, kept me up-to-date on everything going on with my car. Called every other day about what was going on and let me know of any changes or updates. Job done was great!
