VERY efficient, professional work on my dented up bumper! I felt like I was driving off a NEW car lot when I went to pick up my Kia, perfectly repaired and painted. AND they beat their estimated finish date by two days! Also, I felt the bill was VERY reasonable. Manager Tony Holguin (5613 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95841) and Team, thank you VERY much for a much appreciated and friendly repair experience!

These guys are the best. When my car was involved in a hit and run in 2019, I researched which shop to use and this one had 5 stars. Fast forward to 2021 and my car was hit and ran again. Of course I took my car back to them for the 2nd time because their service was impeccable. I was not disappointed either time. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable shop! Just got my car back on Saturday. Its amazing! These guys really know what they're doing. The guy that helped me through the whole process, Tony, was the best. He kept me informed pretty much every day. He would email me at the least, it was usually a phone call, just to let me know how things were going with my car. I am very pleased with the work and the way it all played out. I would definitely highly recommend this place to whoever may need some body work.

I highly recommend this company. They kept there word and did a quality job. They kept in contact the whole time and answered all my questions as well. I will go back to them in the future.

Walked me through the entire process early on. Had my car done early, and well. Throughout the time in the shop they sent updates on the process, and the expected completion date. The employees are friendly and made the whole thing so much easier! I would highly recommend this chop to ANYONE needing work done.

After an accident my vehicle was repaired by this shop (it was Cook's Collision at the time). Now, 2 years later, I had some trim that was lifting off. As I was given a "lifetime" warranty on the work, I brought it in. Even though this was a minor warranty repair, Tony Holguin treated it with as much care as when it was a full insurance claim. They quickly made it right, and even polished my entire vehicle (not just the repaired area) when I picked it up. Every step of the way I was treated with care and respect, and my car looks great. I will also note that the offices are clean, and everyone was wearing masks. Attention to the customer's safety and needs are top notch. I would recommend Tony and this shop to anyone, without reservation.

Josh and his staff are amazing! He personally walked me through the vehicle collision repair process from estimate to vehicle pickup very thoroughly and to make sure I had all my questions answered. His entire staff from the Gentleman who gave me a ride, to the front desk employee who handed me over my keys was professional and kind.

As much as I would hope to not need their service for another collision repair, I would not hesitate to call Josh and his staff in the future.

Tony really went above and beyond to help me keep my vehicle from being a loss. He kept me informed through the whole process and made sure I understood what was going on. He was super concerned about the safety of my vehicle as well. Honestly if it wasn't for Tony and his staff I don't know what situation I would of been in now. Professional and ALL about the customer! What a great experience. Tony went above and beyond to make sure we got my daughters car back on the road. He always kept us updated and made miracles happen. Would definitely recommend this place!

Tony was really great! He communicated with me and kept me updated on everything and even found some safety issues I wasn't aware of. He went above and beyond to make sure I drove away from there with my car in the best condition it could be.

It’s stressful when you have unexpected expenses come up like this, but they were so professional and quick to make sure I could get my car fixed and back to me in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is great! They repaired my car twice due to being hit in parking lots. A few days ago, I pulled the lower part of my front bumper loose while parking. I took my car to them for an estimate. Caliber fixed it for free. These guys are very nice to work with. They made all my repairs as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Caliber. I would definitely go there again.

Dustin was amazing and super helpful. He walked me around the repair when it was complete and was very knowledgeable. I also had some red paint from a fender bender that had been there for years and even buffed it out as a courtesy. Not only that, but when my wife dropped me he noticed her car had a small scratch and he huffed it out as a courtesy too! He went well above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be happier with Caliber! If I could give Caliber and Dustin 10 stars out of 5 I would.

The team was great. Kept me informed throughout and very satisfied with the quality of the work.
