I appreciated the whole team at this Caliber Collision location (on Lexington in Sacramento). The two girls that were our point of contact folks -reception + signatures at the end- who signed us in and out, did a great job. Can’t remember their names, but they both get top marks. Likewise with Eric, who communicated with us thereafter and let us know the car was ready, etc. All three did a great job and we’re extremely personable. Thankful we happened to come to this location and would recommend it to anyone.

Took my 2017 Toyota camary to this shop. Alonna was super courteous and very pleasant at the front counter. My estimator Eric Wagner came out went over the vehicle with me. Kept me informed the entire time. When I did have a question and Eric wasn't available one of the office staff was always willing to help, big thanks to the entire staff, Becky, Eric E, Heather super friendly, and the store manager Ivanna. What an awesome team to have been helped by.

Caliber Collision in Sacramento on Lexington provided highly skilled work specializing in Mercedes Benz. I won't take my care anywhere else. They have a unique combination of the best possible quality work and an unmatched dedication to customer service. Incredibly thorough and great to work with. Caliber Collision did the repairs on my Dodge Challenger. They did a great job, no detection that it was in an accident. The staff was great. Kyle was very nice, always keeping me informed of what was going on with the repairs. I definitely would take my vehicle to them again if I ever need repairs. Thanks again Caliber Collision.

Service Adviser Eric Wagner was really helpful and communicated status often. Gave me a ride home when I dropped my truck of for repairs. Friendly staff and overall a painless process. My truck ended up being a total loss so for repair quality I'm not sure but for customer service 5 star.

Caliber Collision was and is the best outcome to and not so good day! After filing a claim and dealing with the adjuster, they sent me to someone who specializes in luxury cars. I was scared, nervous and didn't understand much except that I had only made one payment on my new car. Hunter Ruben and The woman at the front desk (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) were the most amazing people I've met in a VERY long time! They dealt with my insurance, rental car company, and not to mention my over the top, dramatic, always calling self, yet they remained calm, professional, encouraging, kind and I could go on. If myself, anyone I know, even my 80 year old friend ever needed any car repairs, that's where I would almost insist they go. In tough times, they assure you that they will do everything they can to make you smile again! And that they did! My car looks better then before that terrible day! Thank you to whoever hired these 2 people because they definitely do there job well! I'm forever grateful! Hunter and the " go get em" woman in front, your both incredible!

My BMW got hit in the back and was repaired by this shop. It took a week to replace the bumper. When I got my car back, it looked good with new bumper and my car looked clean. I like it

I have had great results with this site. All repairs done perfect and color match awesome. I thought they repaired the wrong side but they did not that was all nationwide.

Exceptional service! I brought my car in to fix a scratch and they were extremely quick and communicated regularly with updates. We have had multiple cars serviced here and they are amazing every time! Highly recommend!

Great customer service! Eric at the shop was very helpful and professional, good at communicating with regular updates. Unfortunately, our car was determined to be a total loss, so I'm unable to review their quality of repair work, but I had a good experience with them.

As always they did excellent work even working to keep Audi parts service accountable for a mistake on their part that caused a delay in the repair needed on my car because Audi sent the wrong part. Hunter and his manager Yvonne went above and beyond the get Audi to quickly send the correct part and even provided a $100 gift card to me to compensate for expenses incurred because of a mistake that was not theirs but Audi’s. I was grateful and impressed.

It was after the original service that warrants this. Hunter Ruben is one of the best service writers on the planet. After my car was repaired there was an additional piece that needed to be replaced. Hunter went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my car but if something does I know where I'll be going. Thanks again Hunter!

I worked with Hunter from Caliber Collision. He and the shop provided me with exceptional service. They took out my whole rear quarter panel and even replaced my tire! They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process and worked with my busy schedule on when I was able to pick up my vehicle. When I received my car, it looked like it came out of the dealership brand new! They even helped me with the whole rental car process from getting it to even them returning it for me! I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. They did an amazing job with both the customer service and labor itself. I will definitely go back to them if I need it in the future.

I really appreciate how the staff went far and beyond with me during the difficult time I am having in my personal life. The staff made me feel like they care. My military jacket was stolen from my vehicle. The shop doesn’t keep cameras in their shop to monitor those doing repairs so they have no idea when it was taken and I wasn’t repaid for the missing property. When my car was returned my personal belongings were thrown carelessly throughout my car and my cd cases were opened and shoved between my seats. On top of all this they took a month and a half to fix a back bumper with sending my car all over Northern California and giving little updates on the process. I hope my insurance takes this company off their list after their reoccurring slow work and disrespect of customers property.

Amazing service! The lady at the front desk was friendly each and every time I walked in, she was very pleasant to speak to over the phone as well! She was the reason I took my vehicle there because if it was someone rude over the phone I would’ve reconsidered! Hunter was kind and made sure I was in and out. He made it quick and easy for my repairs to get done and kept me updated along the way. There was also no hassle of returning my rental myself, they took care of that for me. I had gone there for vehicle repairs due to a collision and a cover to a part of my vehicle had fallen off (not related to the collision) but Hunter offered to order the part & get it out back on! The manager was so kind to paint it free of charge for me! My vehicle came back as good as new with original Mercedes Benz parts. The exterior was washed along with the interior vacuumed & wiped down! Really nice people, great work & I appreciate their service!
