I came in completely confused on what I needed done but their service was amazing and Oscar was able to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand and so I knew what I was paying for, he was extremely detail oriented and was able to anticipate my needs and concerns. Definitely recommend, especially for people who need a that extra time and help.

After the accident, I researched all body shops in my area (AAA approved) and Caliber Collision in Lake Elsinore was the highest rated. They completely repaired my car and it now looks like new again. Their process includes weekly status updates so that I always knew where my car was during the repair cycle. They also responded quickly if I wished additional information. I highly recommend!

Ok. This was the most amazing place to get my repair done. Princess and Melissa extremely sweet and professionals, Oscar my guy took care of everything and made sure I was completely satisfied I’m missing two names the other representative I think is anthony and the manager. It was Steven Wolcott who made the biggest difference! He was fully transparent and made the process easy from start to finish. The communication he provided was excellent, going above and beyond what was expected. I drove off the shop with a car that looked brand new. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Caliber Collision Centers. I was always greeted with a smile and acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door. Even Matt, the boss, filled up my gas tank. I will always recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a top notch collision shop!

This place is the best body shop ever! I’ve been in three different car accidents and this body shop has been the best! All of the staff are extremely positive, helpful, caring and very nice. They get the job done fast and correctly. They also communicate with you through every step of the way. They made sure to inspect the vehicle very clearly & they fixed everything fast. They were so nice to wash my vehicle and give it to me as if it was brand new! Best body shop ever!

I had some small marks on my bumper due to being rear ended and Calliber did a great job of following up with me to get me scheduled for a service (so much easier than me calling them). I took my car to the location in La Mesa and everyone was nice however they were too busy to accommodate me and instead towed my vehicle to their Lake Elsinore location, free of charge. This was fine with me, as long as my car got repaired. Karla was super nice and friendly and walked me through every step of the process. She kept in contact the entire time and informed me of everything going on with my vehicle. The communication from this company is just outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Hopefully I won't need to. But you know, stuff happens! Thank you Karla and Princess. Your customer service doesn't go unnoticed.

I had a great experience getting my car fixed. They were prompt, kept me updated on the status of my car, and did an amazing job fixing it. Steven was very helpful and made it a smooth experience.

Caliber is excellent! My car was rear ended and the back was pretty messed up and wasn’t driving right! When I got it back it looks and runs like the accident never happened. Thank you again for getting my mustang back to normal!

Good quality car care. I had to fill out the online questionnaire prior to taking car in, but the onsite staff were accommodating that I had an issue submitting this online pre-service form.

I picked up my vehicle on time and the TPMS light was on. I asked the technician why. He explained that the battery in the TPMS was bad they checked it with a scan tool. I went straight to the gas station filled all the tires and it went right off. I got home ran the scan tool on the vehicle with no codes. It has been a full week and no issues. All other maintenance was fine.
