Edwin always does a great job getting my Audi repaired back to factory specs in a timely manner.

I received my truck back with my rear camera no longer working. The employees and manager all seen it worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off.
The manager refused to replace it because he felt the wiring job wasn't done right, so its not his problem, it was a coincidence in his eyes.
But after explaining to him regardless they had it last and it worked perfectly fine. He said well I have to pay outta my own pocket to get it fixed and even then he'll only cover up to $200 of the cost.

I think that's very unprofessional because my insurance company paid u guys thousands of dollars to do a job and this is what I get.
I'm the one who chose u guys to work on my truck because I thought u guys would be a quality auto body shop. But I guess I was mistaken.
Now I have to wait to save money to get it fixed somewhere, hopefully the manager Edwin Gualito even remembers by the time I go back. Smh

Rear passenger window damaged. Aldrin was the best, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The service was done efficiently and I was kept informed of status without having to check in with them. Highly recommend them to everyone in need of their service.

I used Caliber collision for repairs to my vehicle following an accident. They kept me informed every single step of the way even when they received my work order but did not have the vehicle yet. Alain was so helpful and informative. They were able to finish my vehicle well before the promise date and just in time for the holidays. The technician and staff were very kind and helpful with anything I needed or any questions I had. Alain was very meticulous with every repair made on the vehicle. The body work and paint job were fantastic and they even sent my run out to be repaired of any dings or scratches caused by the accident. I would 100 percent recommend this establishment to anyone in need of body repair.

I had to have some body work done on my car after having a full tire tread collide with the front of my car. Caliber did everything their web page promised and then some! They are by far the BEST body shop I know of. I will be telling everyone I know about them! If you need work done, do not hesitate to use them.
