Very pleased overall. Tony was great and communicated very well throughout. My truck looks good as new. Experienced some part delays which pushed the pickup time out a couple weeks.

They were awesome to work with. They were both knowledgeable and very helpful in the process. They kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

They are super wonderful and kept us informed the entire time. The receptionists were great and always were polite on the phone. Zach was our estimator and he kept us updated, returned the car before the projected date and also gave it back cleaner and nicer than when it got there inside and out! It was fantastic knowing he cared and he explained everything very thoroughly and I know more about my car and learned a lot from Zach which was fantastic he took the time to explain it to me.

The Caliber Collision in Temecula did not disappoint. The entire staff (management, administrative and body shop) were all the best. Fabulous doesn't even express what my experience was like.
