I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. The facility is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I am excited to drop my vehicle off for repairs. This place is top notch

Everything at Caliber Collision was excellent. All staff were great, especially David S. I was kept updated through the whole process. From the estimate, to getting my rental car lined up and a ride to pick it up, repairs and final job done was seamless. I was very impressed and will spread the word to everyone that Caliber Collision is the place to get your car repaired after an accident.

The shop did a great job fixing damaged hood and replacing my headlight. They are knowledgeable when it comes to EV cars.

Great job. Gotta say it is not perfect, I was T-bones and one of my fenders isn't perfectly aligned but overall pretty good. It looks so well done that unless you very deeply examine it you can't see the repairs. I highly recommend them.

My wife was rear ended on the 10 and it took many weeks for the insurance companies to provide any information on coverage, and most of the information the provided was wrong. Throughout this process David at Caliber was her only source of correct information. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, they understand the process and players in the insurance industry and can guide you though through the maze that car is repair.

I'm so glad I decided to go with Caliber for my repairs after my accident. I normally prefer going to an independent, local body shop over big corporate ones but after several shops told me they don't service Acuras (which I think is so weird) I decided to go with Caliber per my cousin's referral. Caliber isn't a body shop my insurance works with, but they both made it work so that I could take my car there. From the beginning, they were very quick and thorough in making sure I knew the entire process. They also work with Enterprise which came with perks like shuttle service from Caliber to Enterprise and being a drop off site for Enterprise, so I didn't have to go through the hassle of figuring out how to get to one place to another.

BUT more than anything, the repairs done on the car came out so beautifully. When I got the car back, it literally looked like a brand new car. They had to replace the back bumper and to be able to color match completely is amazing. You cannot tell that any repairs were done to begin with. They also removed a scratch that I had on the side of the car that I didn't think would come out flawlessly. They were quick with the repairs, a lot quicker than the original estimated time given, which helped me in saving money with the rental.

Luis and his technicians are all very professional and delivered excellent customer service. They text me daily keeping me posted on my repairs. Highly recommend them!

My car was with them for about two weeks and was returned in great condition! Clean inside, and the work was done well. You can tell they take pride in their work. Carlos was in contact with me throughout & very informative. I had to pick up my car a little later than closing time due to my work schedule and he was more than willing to stay later so I was able to pick it up. Took longer than they should have just to do an ok job, they also left my car really dirty. I have stains that are not coming off. I'd expect a better job for the price. I recommend going somewhere else.
