Christopher R.and the team at C. C.have been a blessing. Due to unexpected circumstances, I brought my car in on a tow truck, with no appointment. They were so kind and accomodating, and took my car in. Christopher was assigned to it and handled my questions regarding my insurance claim with efficiency and professionalism. He calls back and is easy to get ahold of. I'm thankful for the experience and felt I needed to make my acknowledgment here to help others trying to find a good body shop. Thank you Christopher and the team at Caliber!

I am satisfied with the end product, timeliness, and updates about the work on my car.
The initial communication with person checking the care and receptionist was very poor to none. The repair man asked me for the car keys, checked my car and told me there would be forms to sign inside the office. I did not ask questions at this point because I expected someone to explain the process when signing the forms. The receptionist gave me the forms to sign and the only conversation was " Can we use your phone number to contact you via texts? If so sign here". That was it during the time I dropped the car.
Now, the text updates and prompt response a couple of days after dropping the car was great. I wish I had the same level of communication when dropping my car.

Only issue is they had to extend it out a week Which was really not their fault because there is back orders but it extended into the time in which I couldn’t pick it up and they were going to charge me $60 a day for leaving it for an extra three days even though they had to push it forward a week didn’t think it was very fair but it is what it is aside from that really good people they have amazing or do amazing work but I wish I can give you five for this one thing cause a pretty big issue for me

I brought my car here after I was rear ended, the other guys car was totaled, so it was quite a bit of damage. Kenny is awesome and the whole team at CC is so nice. They kept me up to date through my online portal or Kenny would call me. They finished on time and did a great job, I didn’t think they’d be able to save it!

Excellent auto body repair shop! My car looks brand new! The Team was timely and courteous, too. I can't thank them enough!

Horrible experience. It went from being done within 7 days, to 2 weeks and 3 days extra … for a small job. Don’t recommend.

I’ll start by sharing the end result, I was 100% satisfied of my BMW 2020 repair quality. And I would also like to add their was some things that could’ve been done sooner. I understand their was a learning curve on a newer car like this and they were waiting for supplies. Having said that if I did not have an extra car it would’ve have been a dis Convenience

My airbags deployed without damage to my car. Caliber Collision was efficient in diagnostic beyond airbags to confirm no other damage present. Car airbags were replaced and breaking was recalibrated. I was well taken care of and the relationship between insurance, vehicle service and rental car replacement was handled seamlessly without any stress

I took my car to Caliber since they were an Allstate approved partner. Had a great experience, very quick turnaround and fantastic overall service.

Great work, poor communication. I was never updated on delays or actual work required. Lastly, when they dropped off the car they collected a deductible that was already paid upfront. Had to put a stop payment on a check due to their lack of organized paperwork.

Poor customer service. First stayment I was told will cost me $1000, which agreed upon. At the time of picking up my car I was told have pay $2500 instead! Disgusting! I do not recommend this place at all.

Caliber went above and beyond for me, and even delivered my vehicle as i was in quarantine. Vehicle was ready as promised. Daily updates were provided. Thank you Caliber!
