Caliber Collision

Unfortunately I was rear ended and Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance company. The car was repaired back to good as new. They are quick, efficient and kept me constantly updated.

Staff was pleasant to deal with. From the front desk to Jason and especially Joey who was handling my car. They made a stressful situation much more tolerable.

Work done on driver mirror and paint repairs on front fender.
Repairs and customer service were excellent. George the manager was great at keeping me updated on repairs and kept his word on the completion of the repairs. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I received a call from this shop to inform me that my vehicle was ready. Upon arrival and after inspecting my car, I noticed that no repairs had been done on front bumper. Agent who assisted me claimed that nobody had instructed him that front bumper had any damages. I asked manager in charge if they could provide with a rental while they fix "their mistake" to which he never responded. I was treated pretty rudely by the front greeter in their Rancho Cucamonga location (where I originally dropped off my car). I also requested a reversal on my deductible payment since my car was not ready which they denied. Absolutely unacceptable customer service!

The work done is completed great! Personnel are helpful and professional. George was my service manager and he is friendly and respectful. I will recommend this collision center to anyone.

Caliber Collision and their amazing staff went above and beyond to make this difficult time seamless and stress-free. Our car came out looking better than before our unfortunate accident. Glad we had them on our side and really appreciate all that they did for our family car.

Horrible service! The guy George don't really care for customers I had to call another place to take my car to get fix what a waste of time

My insurance company sent me here after an accident to have body work done on my vehicle. The customer service was excellent! I received text updates almost every day letting me know the status of my vehicle. From prepping it for repair to detailing it. Lincoln was on top of it! Excellent customer service! I love Caliber Collision. They repaired my car after I was rear ended in an accident and it looks great. I received great customer service start to finish. They sent me fantastic updates on my car to keep me informed of the repairs as they were being completed. In addition my car was completed before the scheduled due date. I was happy to find when picking the car up it looked fantastic and was clean inside and out. They even provided a wonderful scent to go with the car wash that was provided. Thank you Caliber for making a stressful time go smoothly and helping me get back on the road.

The hood and grille of my car was damaged in an accident. Geico was my insurance carrier and Caliber Collision was one of the approved repair shops. I'm certainly glad they were as the entire process of repair was incredibly convenient. Dropping off my vehicle, getting an estimate, having them deal with insurance, and getting my rental car were all so easy.

Jason Trinh was my estimator and he kept updated me throughout the repair process with text updates. Any questions I had were promptly answered. My vehicle was repaired within their initial estimate. Caliber Collision even had convenient parking spots for Geico customers. This was the easiest and best repair experience I've had.

This is my second time using caliber collision but and this is a huge but I used the one in the valley when I lived out there and they were horrible people but this location makes them look soooo bad that I can say I’m a huge Ontario caliber collision fan and great work and huge great customer service thanks guys.
