Caliber Collision

Nobody wants to take their car or truck in for repairs. However, Caliber made it a seamless process. Sam kept me constantly informed as to where my truck was in the repair process. The quality of the repair is the best I've seen in a long time. I'd recommend this Caliber to anyone needing repairs done to their cars. Absolutely wonderful job Caliber. Thank you again.

I had a really great experience here, from start to finish. Getting in a car accident and needing repairs is so inconvenient and annoying but my experience with Caliber made it as pleasant as possible. Sam was exceptional to work with and she had great communication. The techs/service members did a wonderful job! I was very pleased with this place and thankful that my insurance recommended them to me. I would recommend this place to anyone in need!

I love this shop! I’ve (thankfully) only had to take two cars here for different reasons. I was involved in a multi car accident and hit from behind causing a pile up. My car was in bad shape, but Gary and his team were great. Professional, knowledgeable & communicative.
The second time, my car was parked and hit requiring a new door. The part took a very long time to arrive, but I got updates from the shop (saying parts still hadn’t arrived) regularly. I didn’t have to pester them… Unheard of!
Free quote was easy and staff all around was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. They also did a great job coordinating with Enterprise to ensure I had my rental car for the necessary time.

After our accident our insurance company sent us to Caliber. We had already been through so much trauma and I couldn't imagine now having to try to get this taken care of. I have to say our dealings with your employee Samantha was delightful. She was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy. I hope we never need Caliber again but if we do we will be coming back to Samantha.

Our Navigator's entire tail light assembly and housing needed to be replaced. The work was completed much sooner than promised. Insurance was billed without any difficulty. We have had no further problems with the light. It was an unexpected bonus to have the car returned freshly washed with even the tires shining. My only disappointment is that they are not certified to work on my Tesla.

Would happily refer Caliber Collision to my friends and family. Carlos is absolutely fantastic to work with. Made the entire experience pleasant.
