Attentive staff. If you are unhappy with anything they will go out of their way to make it better.

Took 5 1/2 months to get out car fixed for small bumper damage. Plus misplaced some accessories to the car. Never using CC again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service at this caliber. I had more than one claim handled here, so I appreciate the patience I received! The front desk girls were so kind, my service advisor Joseph gave me quick responses, & addressed all the concerns I had regarding my repair amazingly. I truly appreciate the service provided by the staff, especially the general manager, Austin, who was able to address some additional concerns I had, and got everything settled without a hiccup. Thank you so much to the whole caliber team for making this experience so pleasant

I would recommend this place 100%. The quality of their work was evident. The are prompt, efficient and professional.

Terrible customer service and communication.

Set an appointment for an estimate, arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait 30+ minutes for someone to take 5 minutes and take a few pictures of the vehicle and then say they would email me a copy of the estimate on a few hours. Didn’t receive an estimate that day so I called the next day and they said they would get it to me that day. Again didn’t receive an estimate so I called to be told the person in charge of those claims was out of the office and would get back to me on Monday. Finally got an estimate on Tuesday but had a question about it and responded and got no response. Also asked to be contacted by the general manager and never heard from them.

If this is how they handle the estimate I would hate to imagine how poor the communication and delivery is when they are actually working on the car.

The kicker is this is the second time we have had to take this vehicle in for an estimate because Caliber never provided an estimate the first time we took it in.

I can only recommend that you avoid this place at all costs, it’s stressful enough having to get your car fixed after an accident and Caliber will only make it way worse.

Very happy with repairs and paint work, especially happy with Austin the general manager he was very helpful and professional!

This place is amazing! Everyone was very nice, they kept me updated the whole time they had my car. It took a lot less than expected and before the original date I was given. They did a great job on my car! I had my bumper replaced, new headlight and had my fender replaced. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much!

For an excellent customer service ask for Angel De Leon, I highly recommend him. His professionalism and service is outstanding and he's very attentive and knowledgable in what he does, and he's also bilingual in Spanish if needed. Trust me, you will be in good hands with Angel De Leon.

They do an excellent work! My car got scratched really bad from the trunk all the way to the hood. They made my car look brand new! The one that walked me through the process was Angel and I walked him through the car and told him where the damages were. He took care of every single scratch and dent I showed him. He called me from time to time to tell me how the process was going and that I really appreciate! It took them 2 weeks exactly to finish the job which was faster than expected! (It was expected to be done in 1 month).
