Had my 2015 BMW 535I front fender and bumper worked on from damage someone hit my car while wife and I were at the store had insurance find me a certified body shop for BMW and it was amazing. Thanks to Richard Hurtado and team at Caliber Collision my vehicle looks great again. Thank you guys for all the work looks amazing!

Got in an accident the insurance company recommend this place. This is the best place you can bring your car to and I don’t even write review that much. I got my car back within a couple day my car is clean inside and out the car look like it just got roll out from the factory everything is shiny and spotless The people here are very friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing 1000/10 would recommend this place!

Minor negatives are: It took a week before they let me know how things were progressing; thereafter, updates were regular. The deductible they tried to collect from me was incorrect (double what it was supposed to be) and I had to correct them. One of the survey questions about Caliber from the insurance company is whether the repair was “on time or earlier”; technically they finished the job early, but that was because their estimated repair time was unreasonably long; it was obviously strategic to set your expectations low to get better reviews.
The positives are: Work they did was above and beyond and perfect. They dropped off my repaired car at my work place and took my rentacar back to the nearby rentar store, which saved me a lot of time and I appreciated VERY much. They deserve 5 stars because although the bulk of my review show negative points, the positives.far outweighed the negatives.

Do not have your work done here. Tony is very rude and unfriendly to work with. Save your time and go some where else!

Please don’t take your car here. They had to redo my car three times and still not satisfied with it. I would have them do it again but I can’t trust them.

This is hands down the worst body shop i’ve ever been to. The quality of work done by this company is completely unprofessional I deeply regret coming here for repairs. Literally anywhere else would’ve been better. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

You did excellent work restoring my car like new, but it took longer than I was originally told or expected.

Everything was going great until I got the car back. Grill was assembled wrong causing engine light. Was told car was ready and passed all tests. I mentioned the grill was wrong the rep discarded my comment, as I drove to leave parking lot engine light came on. They took it to the back said they didn’t know why and could get me a loaner I refused and took car back to my service advisor at the dealership

Man RJ is the best always kept me informed and always called when there was an update everytime I needed help or called him he was always RJ is the man thank you again for your help

Wow. Amazing customer service! The office on Washington Blvd that took in the car and the facility in Irvine where it was repaired (because the car is electric) were phenomenal. The level of communication with the customer is awesome!

Had a bad experience with this place. Car was delayed for over 2 weeks. Been checking with the shop every 3 days, but barely get any response from them.
