The Caliber collision crew was great, great service they went above and beyond on the repairs more then what i could of asked they where quick giving the damage that the car had gotten. Highly recommended always keeping you updated on the repairs really greatful to them for working with me on getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Thank you caliber collision crew!

My car was broken into, it was jimmy’d and the pulled outward on the door and also messed up my middle console, my window was scratched and tint ruined.

I can't say enough good about this company. From the receptionist to the service manager to the quality of workmanship this company delivers. After I arrived the service manager wrote up the work order. The receptionist called the rental company. I received daily text messages on the progress of the work being done. I received a text to pick up my truck when it was completed. After I arrived they called the rental car company. They walked me out to my truck and it was spotless. They vacuumed the inside and washed the whole outside of the truck. It wasn't that clean when I took the truck in.
I am giving this company a 5 star review. I haven't seen service this good in years.

Had an accident and front end was in bad shape. Caliber fixed it completely and made it look like new. Service was excellent and they completed it within the promised time frame.

Absolutely awful. Sure the car was ready early but it was returned broken and when I took it back, they kept it for another 10 days and still returned it broken. They stole money out of my car plus a Starbucks card. There’s a new dent in my car that wasn’t there before And it doesn’t work properly. They took it to two dealers Mercedes dealers and neither one of them could fix it. I took it where I told him to take it and now I have another $1400 bill I’d never go back to these people ever they lie to your face and smile, it’s so bad that you don’t even want to look at the work that they did so yes I’m very unhappy

Caliber Collision has performed repairs on our Mercedes more than once. The level of professionalism and repair work is top shelf. There is no other we would take our beloved car to. Seeing the same individuals running the operation over the course of a number of years says a lot about their work environment IMO.

My car was backed into while parked and damaged the rear passenger tail light and quarter panel. CC we’re on it right away from towing my car to their shop, giving me status updates, dealing with the insurance, to having my car ready in a reasonable amount of time. Upon getting my car back the AC was not working but Caliber Collision took it back right away and fixed it within a day. The manager Manny was very concerned right away and service technician Rigo always made sure I knew what was going on and explained everything with detail. The front office staff was also so friendly when I would go in or even called wanting to speak to Rigo. I highly suggest CC to get your car fixed the right way!

My 2022 Explorer Platinum had damage on the right side and Sandra, Manny & Hayk helped me through the whole process. Car literally looks brand new. Tysm guys!

Dropped my rental off for them to return, filled it up just before, got the invoice from Enterprise and it needed 10 gallons of gas @ $7.50 a gallon

They even buffed out a scratch that wasn't part of the repairs on my dodge ram! I needed repairs for my driver's side rear door from someone hitting my parked car trying to pull into the parking spot next to where I was parked. The customer service was amazing and Shari is amazing at the front desk! They also matched the uncommon color of my truck perfectly!

I will never recommend this place! When I was told my car was ready I went to pick it up and I saw a rim scratch, dent inside the passenger door, paint falling off some buttons! Those things where not even damaged w the accident! Took the car back to RE FIX IT … I was told it was going to b repair in 1 day! They took 3 days and didn’t even rent me a car! Bad service! Will NOT recommend this place!

If I could give more stars, I would. Everyone was kind and professional. From Alyssa and Cecily in the office, to the GM Manny; SUPERIOR service all around. My story is a long one so, let me just share the highlights. I haven’t had an accident in 25 years, until a couple weeks ago. My car was not originally taken to Caliber. It did however get moved over to Caliber as they are Mercedes Certified (I had a c300). I hadn’t had the best communication or help of any kind UNTIL it was moved to Caliber. From the moment Caliber had the car, and my first conversation with Manny, I knew I was in good hands. He was so patient and fully explained what I should expect and the steps going forward. He communicated with me daily and actually LISTENED to me. He personally made sure my car was lifted and thoroughly inspected. In the end, my car was totaled (I suspected it would be). The attention and professionalism I received from Caliber was above par and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They’re honest, they care about people, and they care about the service and work they deliver.

I am completely satisfied with the level of customer service that was provided to me while my car was in their shop. Caliber Collision kept me informed at least once a week to let me know how the repairs are coming along. I was shocked and overwhelmed with joy when I saw that “My Baby” (2019 Honda Accord) was all fixed and made like new again! As you can see from the pictures below. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Oxnard, Ca.
