We got rear-ended and were told to look for a body shop. I grew up in San Juan and have seen Caliber there for years so I thought I'd give them a try, and am happy I did. They were in constant contact with regard to updates on the car, finished within their estimated time frame, did a great job with the repair, and even put a really nice interior and exterior detail on the car. Very impressed with their operation and can't recommend them enough.

My vehicle was transferred to this shop from another location. My advisor Robert Hoskins was exceptional. He is extremely professional and efficient. He gave me several updates a week about the status of my vehicle and went above and beyond to get it completed. My vehicle has parts that can be difficult to find but it did not seem to be an issue for him. I highly recommend this shop and this advisor.

Eric really knows customer service. I needed something adjusted on my car because something was rattling near my sun visor after my sunroof was replaced by them. Eric said to bring it in and was reassuring that his team would fix the annoying rattle and I shouldn’t worry. It was extremely hard to find the source of the problem and the problem was not their fault, but they were really persistent and fixed it. I’ll definitely be back when I need body work done on my car. Seriously, Eric was probably the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in the car repair industry. A+
