My car looks as good as the day I picked it up at the dealership. Melanie kept me updated by email and phone. I received my car when promised. Caliber did an amazing job fixing damages I thought were irreparable. I thought the car door would need to be replaced because I had sheared a hole in it from side-swiping a concrete pillar. I was totally amazed that Caliber was able to fix it. They also cleaned, painted, and clear coated my car. Even the inside was cleaned! Melanie is great to work with, a wealth of knowledge, an asset to the organization, and I felt comfortable, never stressed, throughout my entire claims process. Thank you, Melanie and Caliber. After an accident, I wanted my car to be brought to Caliber Collision. We trust them to be fair and they do great work.

I have had work done by caliber collision in the past at a different location, but I have to say this location went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is extremely helpful and I was back on the road in no time.

So today I went outside and my tail light was hanging from my truck. Not knowing what to do I stopped at Caliber and they totally took care of me I was missing some screws and they fixed it very quickly their service is awesome they also made sure I was safe on the road filled up my tires with air awesome awesome service

Seamless service from start to finish. They needed an additional week with my car, due to more damage discovered and they extended my rental! 1st and hopefully last experience, but if I do need it again, they will be the 1st on my list.

Office staff went above and beyond to help me and my friend get his car in for repair. When I picked it up, the dent was gone, and the car was vacuumed and sooo clean! Thanks guys!

Had a tremendous experience with the staff and was very happy with the quality of work done by the location. Melanie was my service advisor and she went above and beyond to help me while I dealt with an insurance claim. She helped me find a rental car during a time when rental car inventory was sparse. The office manager Joy was always friendly and professional (even while I was being difficult). I received my car later than expected, but this was more a result from insurance red tape. Highly recommend this location.

These people are really a community service. I need to say that I have never have had such great service at any body shop ever. The staff really care about their customers and go the extra mile. If you want to turn a negative into a positive, take your car here.

I was SO impressed with the quality of work done to repair my car. The staff were friendly and informative. They went above an beyond to get my car to me on time so I could make a planned trip. They even coordinated the return of my rental car after hours. Wow! Now that's service!

The customer service is extraordinary. Melanie and others explained everything in a friendly, polite and professional manner. The pricing and process was straightforward. She kept me updated throughout the process (yes, they literally call you to give you updates!). They coordinated a ride to the car rental place, and I was able to leave the rental car at Caliber instead of hassling with two cars. The work was done when they said, and it was spectacular. Their confidence and reliability won my respect, and I recommend them highly. Why the heck did I wait so long to get my bumper fixed?
