My 3rd visit bring our other car at this place Caliber Collision MOE Service Advisor. What ever he found out & advise to us about what needed or suggestions in our car, says “ Let’s do it” we trust him.

On July 5th, when dropping off my car, I had an unpleasant experience with my service tech. They were repairing a hit and run incident with damage to the front driver door and rear driver’s side door. They said it was going to take 5 or 6 days to repair, so I questioned the worker as to why it was going to take so long, and he just kept saying, “we need the car here. ” When I said their procedure was hurting me, because I use the car for work, he said they were the “heroes” who were letting me get back to my business. I understand it wasn’t going to take 5 minutes to fix, but they wound up keeping my car for 7 days so I was out of work for a week. The work they did was okay, but the car had some sort of residue on it and my service tech needed to clean it. I found Caliber to be unprofessional, and I think they kept my car longer than necessary.

I had a good experience after someone rear ended me. Moe was fantastic. So nice, relieved my fears and kept me abreast every step of the way of what was going on with my car. Can’t thank him and the people at Caliber for taking such good care of me.

I haven't had a lot of experience (luckily) with car repairs but Caliber Collision made it a seamless and pleasant experience for me, and for sure exceeded my expectations. I would go back and recommend.

Don't go here. My car came back in worse condition then when I dropped it off. There are other places to go to.

The prices felt fair, the work was completed quickly, and their relationship with Enterprise made it so easy to get a rental car.

We are extremely happy with the service that we received from Caliber Collision. We are grateful too for having Guillermo Ramirez, as the agent assigned to us, for the warmest accommodation. The company is lucky to have an employee like him.

To say that this shop knows and means business is an understatement. They are very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs and wants.

The in house Enterprise service tie up is very much appreciated, as well.

We are hoping that they will extend their services over at Adelanto/Victorville because our city is in dire need of a company like theirs. We were supposed to to go to another auto body repair shop in Victorville but was told that they can not accommodate our vehicle because they can not secure the parts. Needless to say, Caliber Collision was able to resolve that right away because we retrieved our vehicle just a week after we dropped it off. That was extremely quick and the job done was excellent.

Although, we may be contacting Guillermo once again in the next few days because we need help with the blind spot assist because we got notification that it was not activated and we did not notice that right away.

All in all, we highly recommend this company to whoever will need auto body service or any thing for that matter. We are extremely lucky to be under their care. Our Benz is thanking them, as well.:)

Needed new grill. Work was done perfectly. They even washed and waxed the car (at least I think so because the car looked new when I picked it up). Great service. Highly recommended.

Nice folks at this location. Worked smoothly with my insurance to repair my car after a part was stolen off the vehicle.
