Car hit by Farmers customer and ended up here for repair. Long story short, guy wanted to replace parts of the car that were not affected by the accident. The car was towed in as it would not run after accident. I told the manager of the shop that the parts he wanted to replace were not damaged by the accident and that I wanted to fix the mirror that was knocked off the car and that was worried about the alignment since we hit wheels. He told me they would drive it and see what was wrong with it. I told him i dont know how, since it was towed to him and he said they would figure it out. Get a call from shop that car was ready. Asked them to tow it back and they said it was my problem due to pre-existing condition not caused by wreck. He told me that I told him the car was having mechanical problems before wreck and he told Farmers the same. This is not what I said. I told him the body issures he wanted to fix were there before. I said nothing about the motor. Also, the milage in and the milage out were the same. The car never moved even though he said he would look at alignment. He lied to farmers and he lied to me when I asked about it. I do not like dealing with dishonest people, do you? Remember, if you take your car to a place like this, they work for the insurance company. Not you. And they will LIE if they need to save face and keep their employer (not you) happy.
