I've been twice in the last 6 mos (a run of bad car luck!) Once for audi, once for mercedes. Great work both times! Sev is the best repair rep!

My car was in your total home, a no-fault accident. They took the necessary time, communicated with me, proactively all along the way, and made sure the car was perfect before it was returned to me. I even had the car towed to my home for delivery when it was ready For me. Exceptional service, exceptional, communication, exceptional results. Ray and Dayon are fantastic to work with.

They finished the work on my car within the expected time. They were very friendly and easy to communicate them. This was done through insurance but I would likely use them again if needed.

Ray was amazing! My dad always took care of my car issues but unfortunately he is no longer around. So appreciated Ray’s patience with all my questions and helping me understand my car more. Caliber was great - friendly service, finished the repairs a few days before the estimate, craftsmanship was outstanding. We had repairs to rear bumper and lift gate, everything looked brand new when completed. Highly recommended.

Took my car into caliber collision for some repairs and paint touch up. Car came out excellent- as good as new. They even washed it for me and I was way over due for a wash when I brought it in. Dayon kept me in the loop and made drop off / pick up a breeze. I’m glad I had this experience because if I ever need any work done in the future, I’ll know where to go. My car was involved in a hit-and-run. I took my car within two days received an estimate and within one day my car was already being worked on. I received regular text messages that inform me of the progress that was being done. Estimated completion date and the completion date was one day prior and it was the easiest process I could’ve went through in such a difficult and stressful time. No one gets on the road and say I am going to get hit today! But if it happens to you Or even to me again I would recommend Caliber Collision.

This was the smoothest experience i’ve ever had getting car work done. Sevag was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They gave me an estimated end date early on and stuck to it. There were no delays or surprises and my car looked brand new after.
