Caliber collision is AMAZING… the day of our accident caliber collision had our vehicle in their collision shop also a rental car waiting for us…. All in a day… WOW…. Ceasar was great with communication on each step of their process.also great at returning our calls promptly and great at answering all our questions. Front desk gal was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great business… to bad we had to cross paths because of an auto accident…

I am changing my rating for this business due to having f/up problems with their services. First of all there was a problem with the bumper they had installed on my Toyota Rav 4, it did not fit properly and when I picked up my vehicle I mentioned that to the advisor who helped me and he let me know my insurance does not pay original Toyota parts and that I had to contact my insurance company and bring it up to them. I learned from my insurance adjuster that staff at Calliber could contact them and let them know the problem and they would authorize the better bumper it was normal for them to get calls to fix issues like this. I was pretty upset that I was misinformed. Next I a driving out of town on the freeway and hear a constant clicking sound as if something is hitting against the metal of the car. We proceed to stop at a gas station and realize theirs a part or clip that attaches and holds the bumper to the car, it has a screw that needed to be tightened, it cane off and is dangling and hitting the metal on the car. My husband was able to tighten the screw but it came off again during our trip. Needless to say it was a very inexpensive clip if it had only been replaced when they removed the old bumper and installed the new one. I feel like four or five dollars would not have cost such a big company as Caliber to replace it. Again, I had to take my car back to Calliber to fix this issue. I am pretty upset about this whole ordeal and do regret taking my vehicle here for repairs.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing a fender-bender for us, very happy with the service and the results.

I used caliber collision through my insurance. They did a wonderful job in checking out my vehicle for any damage that was done to it during a collision with a milk crate. They were very thorough and professional they finished the job ahead of schedule I was very pleased with caliber collision

Update: I have used Caliber more recently with some body work and they did a fantastic job I always recommend them to anybody that is looking for body work

I’m always hesitant to go to car shops bc I feel like I will get taken advantage of price wise because I don’t know any better. This was NOT the case here.

I would go back to Cesar and his team in a heartbeat. They were all so kind and honest.

The whole thing was done insanely fast and I was VERY happy with how my car looked.

This is my favorite auto body collision repair shop in Bakersfield. All of their staff seem very professional and well trained everytime I've been there. Yesterday I had yo drop off my vehicle after an accident and I always get treated with courtesy and respect. Very friendly staff. I've used them 3 times and each time I was very satisfied with the work they did. They listen to me and work according to my concerns on the vehicle. They get the work done fast and efficiently and if I have to use again I will. Highly recommended.
