Very professional place everyone was amazing from the second I walked in to when I left very happy with the service I was provided!

Caliber Collision was amazing and extremely helpful! Had some issues with our insurance actually getting started with the claim but once it got to caliber, it was done super fast and looks great!

Heres a few of the inconveniences we faced with caliber. The office was delayed from the very beginning, insurance had set everything up with them I waited additional time before calling myself to figure out when it was okay to get my vehicle dropped off. The link that they had sent me had shown it was pickup day, I had called George to confirm, and he explained that they hadn't updated the date yet and it would be longer. When we were able to pick our vehicle up we had noticed a dent in the driver's door that was not there even after the collision had happened, the alignment was off, and the rear door that they had replaced had a chip in the paint as well as spots that weren't clear coated, and spots that were clearly oversprayed. They left a spray paint can in the vehicle as well. I had to explain to George 3 times and show him pictures I had that the dent wasn't there prior to the vehicle being dropped off. He finally said he would talk to his manager. Upon dropping the truck off the second time we had to wait over 30 minutes before finding a manger to check us in. In my opinion, take your vehicle elsewhere the ENTIRE process was a headache. Also my husband had to call and mention things that he noticed werent on the estimate to be repaired. Only to find out they didn't do a complete walk through and didn't notice that these things were damaged and in need of replacing.

Office staff very friendly. Car drop off was great and the person assessing my car wa thorough and kind.

I had an issue with the calibration of my windshield after having my windshield replaced. I was extremely stressed out since my sensors would not work on my car. I went into Anthony’s shop and they instantly put me at ease by being very personal and treated me like family! Anthony and his staff quickly resolved the issue I was having with my windshield! I highly recommend them to everyone! They have a permanent customer from me!

I'll begin by saying that Enrique, who assisted me throughout the process is excellent and very helpful. He did everything he could within his capacity to help.

However, the actual quality of work is beyond terrible. It's incredibly sloppy and rushed. Caliber had my vehicle in for repair for multiple weeks, and did an absolutely terrible job; the new front bumper already had a scratch, the new hood was painted by what seemed like a child with a spray can with excess paint dripping dried all along the front edge, a dent on the drivers side door was not repaired even though it was listed in the estimate, the body molding on the same door panel was re-attached using the wrong double-sided tape and was barely hanging on, and there was a dark streak of paint near the door handle. I can't believe that my truck made it past MULTIPLE individuals who signed off on the repairs before I received the call. How does the painter not catch the excess paint he left on the door panel? How did the shop manager not catch it, nor the barely hanging on door trim? How did no one see the large dent in the center of the door panel and not double check if it was part of the repair!? If you weren't going to repair the door panel, then why did you need to remove the trim piece from it?

After refusing to accept the truck in that condition, Caliber took another ~2 weeks to "repair" their work. Immediately I could see poor re-attachment of body panels (large gaps between headlight housing and fender/bumper), the brand new headlight housing is already scratched up from the "polish job" (along the edges) that was completed in what I can only imagine was extreme haste, and it seems they sanded down and polished the areas where the excess paint drips were on the hood (you can still feel the locations by running your fingers along the edge). Overall, extremely poor work and it really is mind boggling how anyone in that actual shop signs off on the work. I appreciate Enrique doing everything in his power to help but this goes beyond his level and needs to be addressed by management across the board.

Skip this place, take your car elsewhere.

This business is very professional, they are quick to repair vehicles thoroughly. Every car that has been through them looks just as good as new can never tell there was damage. The front desk ladies are polite and very sweet.

Caliber Collision will take care of you and your car! All of the staff are friendly and positive. I had a great experience at this location. I would highly recommend them and will return if I need help with my car.

As you all know, many shops in our area, don’t focus on details. They just want to get the vehicle out and get a check, not this shop. My vehicle looked amazing when I picked it up, treated me with respect, my vehicle was treated well too. I was afraid to take it anywhere, but took a shot on this one. Looked like new when I picked it up, highly recommend these guys. Also, they knew I did not like the rental car experience so they got my vehicle done faster so I can enjoy my weekend out with my family. I can’t say enough good things about this shop.

Car looks better than when we bought it. George in Yuba City was on top of keeping us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. Amazing work would recommend to anyone in the Yuba City area.
