The did an amazing job on my 4runner, if you have USAA insurance or any insurance that has them as a preferred shop, use Caliber Collision.

This was an overall excellent experience. The manager, Steve, was professional & everyone was helpful & courteous. There was a 2-day delay b/c of parts, but the repairs were otherwise completed in a timely manner. The work seems very good. Highly recommend.

Did excellent job, several people said looks like brand new, especially after being rear ended by unlicesned, uninsured 16 yr.old that was hauling stuff outta her trunk like she had flash mobbed a department store on the phone with her get away driver yelling to pick her up while grabbing a bunch of boxes out of her trunk!

My experience with Caliber was fantastic. Although I had a relatively small problem, an old BMW with a stuck hood, they treated me like I was a 5 star customer and went way out of their way to solve the challenging problem. Everyone I dealt with was so pleasant, and made me feel like I was as important as any other customer. While they had tons of big jobs to do they made sure they were able to help me in a moment of real need. This was after being turned away by half a dozen other shops. Thank you Caliber and especially Johnny and Felipe. I told all my friends and family and highly recommend this awesome shop to anyone.

Caliber is a place to take your car for body shop repair, customer service is great! They do outstanding job, this place has reliable people, for example I took my car for repairs after an accident and Steven went out of his way to make sure that my car looked like nothing ever happened to it after the repairs, he is extremely reliable, provides outstanding customer service and stayed in contact with me providing updates on my car’s repairs process. Thank you Steven, I am a happy customer that is so happy to meet you and put my trust in you with my car repair needs.

I’m having a hard time with this review. The staff I dealt with in the front office are professional, a touch jaded (you would be too!), but otherwise pleasant if you’re pleasant.

The person akin to an account manager communicates, but needs a little push now and then. Parts that need to be ordered are ordered, and yeah sometimes delays happen. All of that is largely out of the shop’s hands, so it’s hard to penalize them for a dealer or part issue.

The big issue here for me was the actual vehicle condition on return. I noticed several strange things touched that I wouldn’t expect to be handled. My door didn’t latch correctly, the windshield wipers and window spray pump were reversed on each other, and there was a crack on the sliding door bolt on the opposite side of where the damage was being repaired.

Things just didn’t add up, and I had to take my vehicle back to get some of these issues resolved. I’m noticing more weird things with the electrical and lights that I’m just handling myself too - the back hatch lights don’t come on anymore either idle, reversed, or braking. Weird stuff, and the prices outside of insurance are crazy high.

For insurance, just make sure you check your vehicle out before you send it in and check everything before you drive it off. Not sure what happened, but the quality didn’t match the wait time or how busy they appear to be.

The team at Caliber Collision was great. Johnny was in charge of getting my truck fixed after an accident and he kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Very happy with the service and my truck looks awesome. It’s like the accident never even happened.

This team is amazing, great work! We've used them multiple times for repairs they have always been extremely helpful, kept us informed the whole time. And the customer service is fabulous. Highly recommend them!

I recommend this place nothing negative to talk about it. It’s my personal experience l had. But definitely. Yes give it a try for your vehicle repairs.

Had to bring in our Mazda after a fender bender and Steve was amazing. He answered all questions with patience and professionalism. He really made the process easy and stress free. Tania in the front office was also very pleasant and professional. Great customer service all around and our car looked better than ever afterward. It was even cleaner than when we took it in.: o)
