BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THINK TWICE AND READ THIS REVIEW: My Mom was rear-ended in her Honda Insight by someone and progressive handled our claim since it was the other party's insurance. They referred us to Caliber Collision since they could guarantee their work on our vehicle so we decided to go to this location since it had the most amount of good reviews. We left it there and addressed our concerns/differences with the vehicle now that it had been damaged. This was written on paper and said by word of mouth to our service advisor (Robert). Robert explained that he heard our concerns and that the shop would handle the job easily and the car would not have any issues once it was done.

Two weeks later, we picked up the car and noticed on the invoice that none of the details that we explained in the beginning were addressed (only the visible damage), but nothing underneath or mechanical was replaced. We explained that the car was making rattling noises underneath like never before and had terrible alignment as it veered to the right when driving after the accident.

Robert was too scared to even talk to us when we arrived, so he brought out the manager of the facility to help speak on the vehicle. (large red flag) The manager explained that the rattling came from the shocks and that it had nothing to do with the accident, which is completely false as I have helped run a Body Shop for the past 10 years and I have vast experiences of my customers getting rear ended. The manager explained that since he wouldn't get paid for it by the insurance, he wouldn't replace it. Funny enough the insurance (progressive) said that if there is any damage pertaining to the accident, they would have no problem paying. Progressive said Caliber themselves said and explained with no insurance intervention "it was not part of the accident". (More than likely to get themselves away from doing any mechanical work) They did not care about our concerns and refused to do anymore work to the car.

They completely lied about fixing the car right and decided to screw a future customer for them. The car now makes more rattles than ever before, the paint is over-sprayed other panels of the car and also the alignment was never fixed as they explained, "it has nothing to do with the accident" (their way of getting out of replacing things). On top of that they didn't even wash the car, literally dirtier than when we brought it and there are panels in the car that are not assembled back correctly. I'm disappointed with the work done here, I refuse to ever take any of my cars to all caliber collision locations, they're all the same.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR ANY CALIBER COLLISION, THEY ALL SUCK AND STEAL YOUR INSURANCE PAYOUT. THINK TWICE!

Fixed my car up right away after I had been in an accident. I was updated regularly on the status of the repairs and the staff was always helpful when I called. Overall great experience given the circumstances. You wouldn't be able to tell that I had been in an accident. The circumstances for me having to take my car in aren't great, but at least I knew my car would be taken care of in a timely manner.

They did a great job. My service technician kept me informed about the status of the repairs throughout the whole process. I liked the fact that they interface with my local dealership for the parts and any additional guidance on the repairs. I will always go back to them for any car repairs.

Anthony did an amazing job here at Caliber Collision. I brought my Mercedes vehicle in. The work they did looks amazing. It looks brand new. The customer service from the two women in the front office was exceptional. The team here is very knowledgeable and very professional. I hope to never have another accident on my vehicle, but if I do, I know exactly where to bring my vehicle back.

Calliber Collision, Upland did an excellent job in repairing my rear bumper. First, they gave a daily update on the progress of repair. Secondly, my Mercedes Benz was ready a day early. My car looks brand new,

The staff was helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I was given copies of all paperwork and explanations were provided. The repairs look as though I was never in an accident. Overall everything was great!

TLDR: Excellent customer service, consistent communication, and amazing repairs that left my car “like new. ” Alex, my advisor provided exceptional attention.

From the moment the process began with my phone call to Caliber, I knew that I’d make a good choice. The people at the front office answered all my questions and put me at ease about dropping off my car. The experience only got better once I arrived to Caliber. While they were very busy, they greeted me immediately, offered me a refreshment, and kept a kind attitude despite arriving later than expected and being in the midst of a rush of customers. To keep the process efficient, they had one advisor check my car in, and then Alex took over to complete the process, give me an estimate, and a timeline. I had two different repairs to do, one covered by insurance, and others I wanted to do on my own. Alex thoroughly examined my car, paying attention to detail, and listened to my concerns. While I had an extensive list of things I wanted done, he wasn’t overwhelmed—his patience inspired confidence in me, so I left satisfied. A few days later, he called to provide me the estimate for both repairs, again answering my questions attentively. He gave me the projected timeline, and I began getting updates via text every few days that let me know my car was on track to be repaired by the scheduled time. At one point I realized I wanted one more thing taken care of, so I called Alex, and he encouraged me to come in to explain my request. When I did I got to see my car’s progress, and Alex let me know we could add my request. I could tell the car was being treated well, and I got even more excited about getting it back. A number of the employees asked my input, were very friendly, and assured me the car would look great. Upon pick-up, a few hours AHEAD of schedule, I found that the repairs looked perfect—basically in new condition. I am thrilled with the work the team did, and I’ll be returning as needed with other repairs. Thank you Alex, and the Caliber team of Upland!

My car was in a front end collision. Requested my insurance to have repairs done by Caliber Collision. Their Customer service and quality of work is outstanding. Communication by Brandon was excellent and repairs were perfect in a timely manner. I hope to not need their services anytime soon but if my car is involved an accident I will be there for their services in a heartbeat

My car came out soooo good. The paint looks amazing. I was so scared that their would be little bubbles or anything of that sort, but nope! Nothing at all. Alex was my advisor and was awesome!

Caliber collision in Upland, California on Airport Drive is extremely professional, and do outstanding work. I will never go anywhere else for my future needs and that of my families.

Was rear ended and Caliber had my car good as new, even completed the repair earlier than original completion date.

My car was involved in a head-on collision and apparently they only put in the new parts, they never checked the mechanical parts and now I can't move the car because the suspension is broken! It is impossible that they did not check the suspension when the blow was exactly on that side, the rim is all beaten up and they never checked what was taking up change, the suspension on the side of the blow also needed to be fixed, now I have to spend more time without my vehicle for a poor installation, the windshield parts as they were ordered to me and they never spoke to me to go and install them (they should have changed them before they delivered the vehicle) the installation of the grill was poorly done with the teeth of the grill on the outside thus deforming the new parts really lousy service and I don't know why they transferred me to upland if on Malaga street where the accident took place on the corner there is a caliber collision to which I had to take my vehicle again for warranty.thus wasting my time and my vehicle again affecting my employment.

Great experience. It’s hard to find a place to take your car after an accident but so glad I came to This caliber collision.

Bad customer service, wished never used this place service. Started great, ended so bad. Racist front desk or front desk that could not do math?

I worked with Oswaldo Villagomez and Roberto Hernandez at Caiber Collision in Upland, C. These men are amazing. Mr. Villagomez had my car ready really fast. For great service, ask for Oswaldo Villagomez to head up your repair service. He kept me abreast of all the things occurring with my car. Plus, he was really friendly.
