Customer services was excellent going from beginning to the return of my vehicle. I was informed at each stage of the repairs. I believe I only had to call 1 time for updates. I have a 2000 Toyota Camry and Caliber did an excellent repair to my front and back end. This vehicle has always been in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with the work that these Employees did on my Camry, Thank you to all the Crew at Caliber!

I scratched my vehicle on a pillar and went in in expectation to have the doors repainted and change the wheel flares. They gave an estimate about $3k, and I was only to know that their final bill is over $4.4K when they finished the job. When I asked an explanation for the extra cost given that the only damages for my car are poor scratches, they told me that all I had to pay is my deductible, so I shouldn’t really care how much the insurance company would cover. Meanwhile I have to say that their repair quality is really good, the damaged area looked brand new within a week. Attached image is all the damage covered by the repair.

Caliber Collision on Maude Avenue in Sunnyvale, California. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, I was given a two week repair time for repairing minor dents and replacing a door with painting. At the two week mark I called because they did not call me. They said they would need another week to repair my vehicle. At the end of the third week I again had to contact them again and was informed they would still need a few more days because of supply chain issue and parts.they should have had all the parts they needed for the repair in house before scheduling to repair my vehicle. I had to rent a car for an entire month out of pocket. The shop was horrible at keeping me informed. My service advisor called me one time during the entire process.every time I got an update, I had to call them (I only called once a week as not to bug them). After I received my truck from repair. There was dirty handprints inside on the headliner, where somebody grabbed it with dirty hands, missing a passenger side, grommet for my tailgate that they lost, and eight weeks later, I am still waiting to have the tail light replaced, I gave them two stars because the body work they did looks good, however, customer service is horrible. I would not recommend to friends or family.

Excellent job on my Toyota the damage they fixed looks brand new and service is excellent they even polished the car after it was finished and they finished working on my car earlier than the date supposed to be fixed
