I am so very pleased with the Caliber Collision Company. The customer service was wonderful. They fixed my car within a week. It looks beautiful, and they detailed my truck before i picked. They will be who i call for any repairs if ever needed.

Calliber made every part of repairing my vehicle to getting my rental car a breeze. Super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

They were very punctual and provided outstanding service in such a short time. They communicated well and made me feel at ease the entire process.

They did such a great service, they kept me updated at every stage my vehicle was in. Whether it was it getting the inspection done or the actual labor to it. I appreciated them doing it because the other shop I had gone to prior to another incident never provided me with updates and it was hard to get ahold of them. I would definitely recommend this place! Also, I was able to leave my rental there which was a plus when picking up my vehicle.

This is the second time we have used Caliber Collision on Hillcap Ave.in San Jose. We came here again because of the great service we raced on the repair of our 1999 Ford 150 truck. The same care and concern was given to the repair of our 2018 Mercedes. This crew does exemplary work and we have been greatly pleased with the experience.

Most parts if the repair are fine. But need to be more detailed oriented. When I picked up first time. The wheel liner is still broken and it’s hard to spot. It’s been replaced after I came into the shop again. They fixed it in 30mins. And I also noticed the electrical wirings are not secured as I opened my hood, which is not a big deal so I just leave them like that. Don’t want to go back again.

Notes for folks who are coming in for repair, please examine the results carefully when you pick up your car. May sure they didn’t missed any details.

In the end they do get things done, but very sorry to say that I have been to better caliber collision shops than this one.

They are who they are. They went above and beyond to get me the type of repairs I wanted, but they also did a very poor job reassembling the car, and I had to call them out on it to get them to do it right. Had I not been aware or seem the mistakes they made, they would've slid them right under my nose. To their credit, when I called them out on their mistakes, they owned up to them and worked to make it right. Unfortunately that added about another month and made the whole job take about 2.5 months in total.

That being said, they did a great job painting the car, they matched and blended the color well. They also only do exactly as you ask, and sometimes will forget things you mention to them if you give them a ton of details. This shop is good for the (very) average customer who needs a fast repair. Location is pretty easy to find as well.

Kept me updated 3 times a week while my car was in the shop which I absolutely loved, great service all around

This is my 3rd time using Caliber Collision. I am happy with the recent job on my 2020 Sonata. Daniel kept me informed of the repair status and my car looks good.

Caliber did an outstanding job from both a technical and project management aspect. I was provided an estimate within hours of dropping the car. Eddie did a fantastic job ensuring that all impacted and adjacent areas were covered. He provided regular updates on the repair progress. Upon completion, I was able to pay the deductible, drop off the rental and pick up the car from Caliber within a span of a few minutes. Eddie's efficiency, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer was a refreshing change from the status quo in the body shop industry.

Go here if you don't care when you get your car back. It could take a week, it could take two months. Who knows. Estimates given are never accurate. Text updates mean nothing. All you know for sure is that you don't have your car and you don't know when you will get it.

Also their work is poor. Hope you like pieces of internal trim detaching frequently because of how they re-assembled your car.

Honestly, find somewhere else to go. Their direct relationship with GEICO does not mean they will be faster than an unaffiliated shop.

They perfectly restored our Honda Odyssey after a major collision to be absolutely perfect. Always kept in touch with their texting system to manage updates. Such a pain free experience working with them. Highly recommend.
