Caliber Collision

My insurance referred me to Caliber to have the catalytic converter replaced. They were very friendly & responsive. The vehicle was ready to pick up the following day. The estimated costs were much lower than original estimate. I only had to pay my comprehensive deductible. Very efficient business. I highly recommend.

The staff here is the BOMB (in a good way!) Super friendly and supportive of the customer’s needs. When I couldn’t get my car to them, because I didn’t have a way of getting back home, they offered to come and get it!

Sequwia was amazing and made the whole experience so much easier and made it a lot better for us! She was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, but she was the best!

The team is very nice and enjoyable. Especially Diana and Sequwia, ladies were incredible in helping me with my repairs. Made everything go smoothly, Jesus also contributed with his funny jokes. Highly recommend this place.

Original repairs were good. Had some issues getting windshield added as a repair but that got resolved. Would recommend this shop!

EDIT: 5/12/2023: Picked up my EPA Sticker, repairs complete after about 5 months. Staff is very kind/knowledgeable/professional.

EDIT: 6/28/2023 I wasn’t sure if my left blinker bulb had gone out or if there was an issue with the repair. Staff was willing to check and replace light bulb at no charge to me. Would recommend ysing this group in the future!

I would use this Caliber Collision location for any body shop related repairs to my family vehicles!

I had such a great experience here. My first accident I've had and they helped so much! The staff is amazing and I am so grateful Todd was giving me updates everyday and answered all my questions. He is great! They made it very easy on me and my car was out quick.

I highly do NOT recommend this place! Go to the Caliber Collision at Natomas instead. The staff at West Sacramento did such a poor job and provided poor quality service on my sub-compact. I had my car repaired after being rear ended and the paint job looked like it was made by a complete amateur- it had an uneven surface, dried paint drip marks, and they left a huge space in between the huge compartment and underneath my trunk where I could practically squeeze my fingers in! When I expressed my dissatisfaction for the quality of work they did, the person helping out (A tan-skinned, big, overweight guy who stands about 5"7 feet tall) kept on making up excuses instead of apologizing. He even stared me down and up, looked at my body with a face of disgust, seething with condescension. Multiple excuses later, he finally told me they will repair it and that I can come back the next morning. They did NOT call me all day. In fact, I had to call them twice because my rental car needed to be extended. I came back the next day and my new car (less than a year old car) would NOT work and needed jump-starting. I noticed my breaks were about to fail on me, and if I didn't keep my breaks on with my wheels on park, I would have rear ended the car they parked just about a hand away in front of me, also facing a side street with crossing pedestrian and a very busy 2-way intersection street with multiple freeway exits. Please do not go here! Very bad!

I picked up my car yesterday, I needed to get the whole side repaired. Everything came out great. Couldnt even tell it was ever in a accident. Everyone was so helpful and I was updated throughout the whole time the car was in the shop. I am so happy to have my car back and even happier at how good it looks!
