Update after two months
I called two weeks ago to ask about the parts that I’m waiting for my truck that they broke and installed hoping I wouldn’t notice. I talked to the parts person and they didn’t even order all the parts. This shop has horrible communication. After I get this resolved I’m never going back. Would give 0 start if I could

Highly disappointed. Broken parts got reinstalled on my truck. Missing clips. I got my truck back and the inside was completely covered in dust/dirt no one looked at my truck before it got delivered to me. Now I have to go back to get parts installed on my truck that should have been installed the first time. Now thinking of taking my truck to another shop
To have them look over the work to make sure everything is okay

Staff was nice. Estimator tried to help me but car was just a goner. Thankful staff was actually hands on

Hello this is Mr. Ram we brought a vehicle in to fix and just to let you guys know that Felicia this lady is a beast she is one of the best I have seen I haven’t been to many a collision places but she is outstanding employee and she takes pride in her work and she takes care of people in the peoples family sent here she was just absolutely outstanding I just have no other words to say but what I have stated thank you very much. She is a amazing service writer.

Honestly they do a good job, If you come in with insurance they'll make sure your car leaves correctly.without insurance them prices kind of hefty (be warned).
Customer service though. BEST around no joke.

I had a damaged aftermarket headlight and they charged me over $1100 dollars to replace the pair, otherwise they were going to install a used aftermarket light that would not match. Worse than this, they did install the pair of lamps telling me that insurance would cover but did not aim the new headlights, and one was pointede up right into the eyes of oncoming traffic. They did properly aim the headllights after I brought them back and complained. Also the after market Morimoto headlights they installed were a different model than they removed

This company did an exceptional job on my daughters car and kept us informed consistently and I have to say I recommend them to anyone and everyone the best customer service I’ve ever received it a business. I have to say I will definitely go back if I ever need for anything they are my go to from now on. I just can’t say enough about how great the experience was.
