They Don’t work in cars with progressive insurance. One in Fontana does. This location truly shocked me with this one. Disappointed

His advice helped me a lot. He could see pitfalls ahead of me and advise me accordingly. My vehicle was repaired in a very short period, more than I expected. Jasmine front desk receptionist made my experience very pleasing. This business made me feel welcome and made my vehicle body repair uncomplicated. I would recommend them to anyone with auto body repairs. It doesn't matter What insurance coverage you are using. Just go see them.

Very unprofessional.
They'll charge you a top noche price but give you a junk yard micky mouse of result.
My car was "repaired" from an accident 3 months ago there were small detail that I had specifically asked to get fixed but the new case management I got was saying "oh that's a minor thing, doesn't matter, doesn't need it" trying to cheap out on repairs even though the job was paid for. Lastly it's been months! Since some small parts that were not changed due to to back order yet everrtime I call to check on updates they say "we'll call you back" never do. I found the parts at a honda dealer and asked for a refund of the parts only and they refuse since "they placed it in order" but still don't have them after 3 months. Horrible! Let's not forget if you have a dash cam the employees will unplug it even if it means pulling out the wires tucked into the cars top

One of my worst experiences for a auto repair, if it wasn’t for the new doors that they had to put on I truly believe it would’ve been worse. I can go on and on to tell you the problems and trust me I can. However, to save time God for bid if I ever get an accident 100% I will take it somewhere else and lose the warranty.
