Unfortunately I had to come in to do a look over on my car after it had been stolen & recovered. The staff was so incredibly friendly. They apologized for the very short wait that I had, and offered water and coffee. There was a weird situation where somebody had been pulled over. The cops & the car were blocking the driveway so when I was leaving their business, I couldn't get out of the driveway. They apologized profusely and took my car around back to have me exit a different direction. It was a situation completely out of their control but they were so on top of things and remedied it. I was very impressed with my time there!

Michael and his team handled my vehicle with A1 service, it was on time, and the staff was friendly, and they were efficient. I recommend this shop for all of your repair needs

I was in a car accident back in February and I previously was going to go with another Auto Body Shop, however that owner of that company decided to retire. I was stressed out and I was then recommended to Caliber collision by a family member and I am so happy that other owner retired because I know I would have not received the same service there. Bryan Rivera was beyond professional, very communicative, and more importantly he relieved a very stressful situation off my hands and made my car look brand new again.
He was in constant communication with the insurance, Enterprise (as I needed a rental) and myself to make sure we were all on the same page of the status of the car.

I came to Caliber Collision after a car accident as a recommendation through my auto insurance and I am so glad I did! The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. Bryan kindly assisted me through evaluating my damages and through the entire process from quoting to lead times on parts and updating my cars progress. Once I had the go ahead from my insurance company to take it to Caliber for repairs my insurance company did not tell me that I had to make an appointment with Caliber. I showd up without an appointment and was told that they may not be able to look at my car. But the person at the front contacted Michael to see if he was willing to check my car. He was glad to look at it. Brought it in on a Friday and had my car back by Tuesday. Thank You Caliber for the professionalism, the fast and quility service.

The whole team was very hospitable and made the whole situation less stressful. Kept me updated during the time my car was needing repair and very easy to do business with! Mike was the one who took care and made the process so much more enjoyable and safe. They made my car basically brand new and drives smoother than before. Thank you again!

The service provided by the staff and especially the service advisor was excellent and the best experience I ever had from this place.

Be aware! If you have had a car accident that was not your fault, don't go here; go to the manufacturer's dealer.

1. A poor paint job was done; the colors are uneven and inconsistent. I can barely see the black base color under the paint, and it's already peeling off.

2. Two noticeably different white paint jobs were performed on the trunk and rear bumper.

3. The right tail light was installed touching the body, chipping the edge, and the covers weren't aligned.

4. They fixed the crooked trunk lid issue, but now the trunk lid is scratching the left tail light every time I open and close my trunk.

5. Rudy was kind enough to do me a huge favor and ordered a set of emblems for me, even though he charged for it, because the car came in without emblems on the trunk. However, there's an issue; the emblems were placed in the wrong positions on the trunk.total cost: $12000

Their costumer service are really friendly and professional. They followed up the repair processing everything. They did earlier than their estimated day of return my car back!
